Exploratory Research On The Reform Of National Student Games Competition Under The New Situation

The national student sports meeting is by the original national university student sports meeting and the national high school student sports meeting merger comes,but after the merger the national student sports meeting how should hold,the project how to set,the competition how reform this became a big difficult problem.By sorting out the current situation of the national student sports meeting and the national student sports meeting competition in the past,the problems and shortcomings in the competition are found out,and the ideas of competition reform are put forward according to the requirements of the new situation.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interview to reach the following conclusions:1.The development of the national student games: the national student games is from the previous national university games and the national high school student games in 2012 combined,before this,the national university games has been held nine times,the national high school student games held 11 times.The 12 th national student sports meeting held after the merger was actually the 12 th national high school student sports meeting originally planned,and the 13 th national student sports meeting was the first sports meeting held after the merger.The number of participants in the national university games is increasing.The number of projects increased from 4 to 12,and each project was different.In terms of project grouping,group a,group b and group c were changed into group a(general group)and group b(high-level group).The level of competition is getting higher and higher,especially the level of group b,many times broke records,a record high.The number of students participating in the national middle school games increased year by year.The timing is very fluid;In the project setting,there is also uncertainty;In terms of the grouping of events,except for track and field,most events are not divided into groups;In the competition level,the level is higher and higher,many times break the record.The 12 th national student sports meeting set up a total of 8 competition items,only set up secondary school group competition,and add more healthy elements on the basis of traditional competitive competition.The 13 th national student sports meeting has the largest scale and the largest number of participants.It is divided into three groups: university group a,university group b and secondary school group.2.The problems of the national student sports meeting mainly include: the enthusiasm of bidding is not high;The national student sports meeting competition time arrangement is unreasonable,the competition day program is too long;Project Settings are relatively single and not fixed;The grouping method is unreasonable.Excessively wide restrictions on qualification examination;The reward method is relatively simple,and there is a big gap between the east and the west in the ranking;The comprehensive benefit is not fully reflected,the student participation enthusiasm is not high;Market operation is weak,publicity has little impact.3.In the new situation,the reform needs and thoughts of national student sports meet competition :(1)the reform needs of competition.The general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council issued the and the national middle school games.The national student sports meeting maximizes its function;The new situation of building a strong sports country,strengthening the reform of school sports and large-scale comprehensive sports meet demands the reform of national student sports meeting.(2)ideas of competition reform.In the aspect of student sports meeting bidding,two cities are allowed to jointly bid for the competition.The time is from July to August,and the competition schedule is controlled within 6-10 days.In terms of project setting,mixed relay and collective fun events will be added,jumping rope and fun games will be added in middle schools,and orienteering and 3 x 3 basketball will be added in universities.In terms of project grouping,university group,secondary group and mixed group are set for all projects.Among them,the university group is divided into group a(high-level sports team schools and sports colleges),group b(normal sports colleges,departments and subjects),group c(non-sports professional schools)and group d(professional athletes' schools),and the secondary school group is divided into group a(senior high schools)and group b(junior high schools).In terms of athletes' qualifications,the registration of athletes and the examination of athletes' qualifications shall be strictly checked,and professional athletes shall never be allowed to participate in the competitions of ordinary groups.Secondly,the groups can be divided into groups according to athletes' competitive level.Thirdly,the provinces with qualification problems and the projects are divided into groups to participate in the competition.Finally,the punishment for athletes' qualification should be strengthened.The reward method shall be changed to the method of setting first,second and third prizes;Expand the group of participants,and take the existing national college and middle school sports leagues and championships as the qualification matches in the cycle of the national student sports meeting,so as to improve students' participation enthusiasm;Opening up the competition venue to increase the audience;In terms of market-oriented operation,it is suggested to expand financing channels.The government will delegate some powers to lower levels,dig into the intangible assets of the event,intensify publicity,reasonably control the broadcasting rights of the event,increase the coverage of the event,sell tickets for the event,and improve the popularity of the event.
