Since the reform and opening up,the physical health of Chinese students has shown a downward trend. In order to encourage students to actively participate in physical exercises, the Ministry of Education has issued the "National Student Physical Health Standards"(revised in 2014).But as far as the situation is concerned, the physical health of college students has not improved.Improving the physical health of college students is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.A person's physical fitness mainly includes multiple factors such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility and so on.However,to have sufficient strength to exert the above qualities is a prerequisite.Strength quality is the foundation of all physical exercises.Strength training is also the primary task in most sports events, and one of the core training content of each event. However, the traditional resistance training, for non-sports major college students, not only cannot adapt to the characteristics of high load, but also due to non-sports majors, there may be a certain degree of deviation in the understanding of movements, resulting in incorrect movement patterns and very easy to appear."Replacement compensation" phenomenon.Taking into account the high-load characteristics of traditional strength training, there are even higher risks.KAATSU training is an emerging strength training method. The feature of this method is that low-resistance training is enough to stimulate muscle growth, and it is convenient for ordinary people to increase their strength or gain muscle. Therefore, the use of the KAATSU training method to improve the Physical Health test scores and physical quality of non-sports major college students, especially the research on strength fitness is still insufficient in China, and further research is needed. In this study, through the literature method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis method, and experimental method, refer to and summarize the previous experience and results of stress training research, and formulate corresponding training methods and methods.16 non-sports major male college students were recruited as subjects, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the pre-test scores. The experimental group received 8 weeks of KAATSU strength training intervention, compared with the control group's 8 weeks of traditional strength training. The ISOMED 2000 isokinetic muscle training test system was used to test the peak moments of 60°/s adduction, abduction and flexion extension of the left and right shoulder and knee joints of the subjects;According to the "National Student Physical Health Standards"(revised in 2014)issued by the Ministry of Education(revised in 2014),the grading standard is the first and second year of college male students.Among them,pull-ups,standing long jump, and 50-meter running are test methods.Observe and analyze the changes in upper and lower limb muscle strength before and after the two groups of training and the strength-related items in the physical fitness test of college students, analyze the effect of KAATSU training on the strength of the upper and lower limbs of non-sports major male college students, and explore the low-load KAATSU strength training compared to the high-load traditional strength training Regarding whether the improvement of upper and lower limb strength of non-sports major male college students can also have a positive impact,it provides new training ideas for college students who want to strengthen their strength, enhance their physical fitness, and improve their physical fitness test scores. The experimental results are as follows:(1)KAATSU training group 60°/s bilateral shoulder abductor adductor peak torque compared to before training, except for the peak torque of the left shoulder adductor muscle group, other test results showed extremely significant differences(P<0.01);(2)The peak torque of the KAATSU training group 60°/s bilateral knee flexion and extensor muscle groups showed extremely significant differences compared with before training(P<0.01);(3)Compared with the number of pull-up tests before training, the number of pull-up tests in the KAATSU group showed significant differences(P<0.05),and the corresponding scores were not significantly different before and after training(P>0.05);(4)KAATSU training group standing long jump distance and corresponding scores are extremely significant differences compared with those before training(P<0.01);(5)Compared with the pre-training time, the seconds and corresponding scores of the KAATSU training group 50-meter run showed significant differences(P<0.05).Get conclusion:KAATSU training can effectively improve the muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs of non-sports major male college students and their physical fitness test results. The training effect of KAATSU training is similar to that of traditional training.Compared with traditional training,KAATSU training is more suitable for non-sports major male college students as a training method for strength improvement.
