Study On The Influence Of Pressure Training On Sprinter’s Lower Limb Strength

KAATSU training is a new method of strength training.In recent years,it is more and more popular in the field of sports and fitness industry.It refers to the training method that external pressure is applied to the limbs(the proximal end of the upper or lower limbs)through a special pressure device during exercise to block the venous blood flow and partially block the arterial blood flow at the same time,so as to improve the training effect.The strength of lower limbs is an important factor affecting the performance of sprinters,and resistance training is an effective training method to enhance strength.The purpose of this paper is to compare the effects of pressure training(that is,using pressure equipment on the basis of traditional resistance training)and traditional resistance training on the strength of lower limbs of sprinters.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,I also uesd the methods of experiment.In this study,20 sprinters in Wuhan Institute of physical education were divided into two groups,the KAATSU training group and the control group.Both groups were trained with 50% 1RM barbell load,In addition,the pressure group used pressure equipment at the thigh groin.The pressure is 150 mmHg.3times/week for six weeks.Maximum lower limb force on all sprinters after the experiment(squat 1RM),the circumference of the lower limbs(big,lower legs),and the explosive force(standing long jump,standing triple jump,standing jump touch height,30 meter run,relative maximum power,relative maximum force)related to sprint performance of all subjects were tested,and the changes of each index before and after the two training methods were compared and analyzed Conclusion:(1)In the 1RM squat,both the KAATSU training and the control group improved significantly,but the KAATSU training improved better than the control group.(2)The thigh circumference and calf circumference of the control group were not significantly improved,while the thigh circumference and calf circumference of the KAATSU training group were significantly improved.The effect of the KAATSU training group in improving the lower limb muscle circumference was better than that of the control group.(3)The results showed that the control group was significantly improved in the 30 meter run and standing long jump,The performance of long jump,30 meter run,triple jump were significantly improved in the KAATSU training group,the height in counter movement jump,the relative maximum power and relative maximum force were also increased in the KAATSU training group.The compression group was better than the control group in improving the explosive force of lower limbs.
