Since the 1980s,as a new field of school reform,school cooperation has been widely concerned.It is generally believed that teachers' cooperation can not only promote teachers' individual emotional support and professional support from their colleagues,improve their learning ability and reflective ability,but also promote teachers' collective development,thus promoting school organizational learning.Therefore,teacher cooperation is regarded as a bridge between teachers' professional development and school education reform.As far as China's education development is concerned,the quality of rural basic education is particularly prominent,and the construction of teachers is the strategic focus of improving the quality of rural education.Professional cooperation among rural teachers can be an important way to promote professional development,promote the reform of rural schools and improve the quality of rural education.What is the current situation of teachers' professional cooperation in rural schools?How effective is the cooperation?What are the key factors that affect rural teachers' professional cooperIn order to answer the above questions,this study takes s County in L Province as an example to conduct a comprehensive study of rural teachers' professional cooperation in S County.This study adopts the mixed research orientation,respectively from the S County Rural Teachers' professional cooperation behavior and effect.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 19 rural school teachers in s county to investigate their professional cooperation behaviors and the factors influencing their professional cooperation behaviors.On this basis,the study further selects these 19 rural school teachers for in-depth interviews to explore the effect of professional cooperation.On the basis of obtaining teachers' professional cooperative behavior and effect,this study divides these 19 rural schools into three types: schools with sufficient cooperative behavior and good cooperative effect,schools with sufficient cooperative behavior and cooperative effect to be improved,and schools with insufficient cooperative behavior and poor cooperative effect This paper analyzes the causes of the problem.The research finds that the professional cooperation behavior of rural teachers in s county is more adequate,and the cooperation effect is different from that of the school level.Among them,in schools with full cooperative behaviors and good cooperation effects,teacher cooperation can promote the professional development of teachers,improve teachers' teaching practice and improve students' learning efficiency;in schools with full cooperative behaviors and poor cooperation effect,the influence of teacher cooperation on Teachers' professional development mainly shows in stimulating teachers' willingness to develop their profession and pointing out teaching direction for teachers,But it is difficult to go into the daily teaching practice of teachers;in schools with insufficient cooperative behaviors and poor cooperation effect,the cooperation effect is not reflected because the teachers have no chance of professional cooperation.This shows that professional cooperation is an important factor affecting the cooperation effect,but even if there is cooperative behavior between teachers,it will not necessarily produce ideal cooperation effect.This is because in schools with good cooperation effect,teachers not only have the opportunity of professional cooperation,but also the content of professional cooperation points to teaching practice,and forms critical interaction in the process of professional cooperation.On this basis,this study reveals the factors that affect the cooperative behavior and the effect of teachers,including the personal factors and school level factors.Among them,the personal factors of teachers include teachers' professional knowledge and ability,and willingness to cooperate;school level factors include school scale,organizational structure,school leadership and cultural atmosphere.Based on the research on the cooperative behavior and effect of rural compulsory education teachers in S County,in order to better promote the development of rural teachers' professional cooperation,it is suggested that all rural schools in s county should devote themselves to the construction of cooperative learning organization.For different types of rural schools,the following personalized suggestions are put forward: for schools with sufficient cooperative behavior and good cooperative effect,cross school cooperation should be strengthened;for schools with sufficient cooperative behavior and cooperative effect to be improved,teachers and schools should jointly promote the formation of "true cooperation";for schools with insufficient cooperative behavior and poor cooperative effect,teachers and schools should be guaranteed Teachers have ample opportunities for professional cooperation.
