With the continuous advancement of classroom reforms,teachers have become more and more aware of the importance of classroom teaching.In classroom teaching,the interaction between students and teachers has received more and more attention.Teachers' classroom verbal feedback is to achieve efficient classrooms.The key to achieving teaching goals efficiently,but currently there are few researches on teachers' classroom teaching verbal feedback,and most of them are concentrated in subjects such as English,physics,geography,etc.,mostly in the middle and high school stages,and there is very little research on verbal feedback from primary school mathematics experts.In this paper,the text transcribed the 20-class video of 10 primary school mathematics expert teachers,classified statistics according to the types of teaching verbal feedback and analyzed the characteristics of their verbal feedback.Interviewing with 4 expert teachers,we found Identify the factors that affect the verbal feedback of expert teachers,clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the verbal feedback of expert teachers,and combine the principles of effective teaching verbal feedback to put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.The verbal feedback of expert teachers has many common characteristics,whether it is positive or negative.Positive verbal feedback as the following characteristics: simple and affirmative but superficial,repeated answers occupy an important position,layer by layer to ask questions,sincerely praise the wealthy Feelings,lack of comfort and encouragement;Negative verbal feedback has the following characteristics: reduce the use of clarifying questions,try to avoid using direct answers,use rhetorical questions in a timely manner to enhance attention,find the correct answer through supplements,combine indirect negation with guidance,and criticize bad listening Habits and learning attitude.Of course,there are individual differences.It is more obvious that as the teaching age increases,expert teachers will have more positive verbal feedback.The analysis shows that the presentation of these verbal feedback characteristics of expert teachers is based on the influence of teachers,students and other factors.The research also found that expert teachers' verbal feedback has advantages and disadvantages.The advantages are that they are good at using positive verbal feedback to mobilize students' enthusiasm,appropriately using negative verbal feedback to improve classroom efficiency,being good at correcting students' bad behaviors through verbal feedback and paying attention to students' emotional needs in verbal feedback.Disadvantages:Sometimes emotions are not sufficient when verbal feedback,and the use of verbal feedback is more concentrated and single.Therefore,expert teachers need to face up to the existing problems,pay more attention to the emotional needs of different students,and organically combine multi-level and multi-type verbal feedback methods to make teachers' classroom teaching verbal feedback more perfect.
