In recent years," campus football " has become an important strategic measure to promote the development of Chinese football,football revitalization is the inevitable requirement to build a sports power,promote the physical health of young people is an important part of the implementation of the healthy China strategy,youth campus football activity has risen to a national strategy.The Party and the government have raised the level of football to the height of the national soft power,as a level performance of the comprehensive strength of the country.The educational function of football in team cooperation,frustration education,and fighting spirit determines the necessity of promoting campus football activities.It is the requirement of quality education to give full play to the unique charm of football in the youth groups and the comprehensive education function to encourage primary and secondary schools to pay attention to football teaching and strengthen the construction of campus football,and also to promote the continuous development and improvement of school sports in China.This study uses literature data,questionnaire,field survey,the campus football situation of 29 primary and secondary schools in the Chengguan District of Lanzhou.Research shows that : l anzhou city cheng guan primary and secondary school campus football activities is increasingly good,degree between schools,steady development of campus football characteristics,campus football policy system increasingly perfect,but there is a certain gap from our development goal did not achieve the ideal effect,there are still some constraints restricting the healthy and sustainable development of campus football activities,through the research and analysis to the following conclusions :1.the great attention of the Party and the state,the strong support of the government and the local authorities,and the unremitting efforts of the grass-roots organizations,the work of campus football has been effective,but it is still in its infancy in general.2.the campus football characteristic school supervision,the appraisal mechanism is not perfect,the characteristic school is content with the present situation,the development stamina is insufficient.3.campus football activity system is not perfect,lacks the incentive policy.Teachers are weak,teachers' professional level is generally low,pay and pay are not equal;insufficient funds can not meet the needs of daily work;infrastructure is not perfect.4.school leaders pay less attention to campus football activities,lack of orientation and cognition,and the influence of examination-oriented education environment on intellectual education and sports,students' enthusiasm for participating in campus football activities is generally not high,and their participation is low.5.the construction of campus football ure still needs to be strengthened,the development form of campus football activities is single and formalistic,which can not meet the needs of young students.6.the school-based football teaching material content construction is insufficient,lacks the specialized theory knowledge,the characteristic is not prominent,the teaching method is single and the content pertinence is not strong;has not formulated the teaching outline,the work plan,the teaching log is not complete,needs to be perfected.7.competition system is not perfect,young students lack practical opportunities and competition experience is insufficient.In response to the above,Put forward several suestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of campus football activities: 1.Construct the guarantee mechanism of campus football activities and the corresponding incentive policy;2.give full play to the guiding role of the government,Strengthening the cooperation between the functional departments and the special schools,Increase support;3.improve site utilization,Resource sharing,Continue to open up new sites;4.compiling school-age football textbooks,Improve the syllabus,Fine teaching content;5.pays attention to the characteristic school campus football ure construction,carry out dynamic and hierarchical campus football activities,Improve the enthusiasm of students to participate;6.improve the establishment of football students enrollment management system,Access to higher education;7.and improve the competition system.
