Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Football Sports In Primary School Football Specialty School In Baota District,Yan'An City

In 2009,China's general administration of sports and the ministry of education jointly issued the "Notice on the Development of National Youth Campus Football Activities" document,followed by the whole country set off a vigorous and vigorous school football.For the revitalization of China's football cause to train socialist successors,to provide reserve power.Yan 'an city as the red holy land,in vigorously carry forward the spirit of Yan 'an at the same time,follow the pace of the country,vigorously develop the campus football.The sports bureau and education bureau of Yan 'an city all responded to the party's sports education cause one after another and took various measures to carry out the campus football sports in an all-round way,and achieved good results.This paper takes 14 primary school football characteristic schools in Baota district of Yan 'an city as the research object,and investigates and analyzes four groups of school students,coaches,parents and school team athletes.Methods: literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,field investigation,interview and other research methods were used.To understand the status quo of the school football sports in the primary school campus of Baota district,Yan 'an.According to the investigation results,corresponding solutions to the existing problems are proposed.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:Since the ministry of education set up a special school for campus football,all parts of the country followed the pace of the ministry of education and actively developed the campus football.The number of schools with characteristics of football in primary school campus in Baota district of Yan 'an is also increasing year by year.One school was approved in 2015,and 13 schools emerged in 2017.Featured schools have set up football training teams and held regular training sessions,with remarkable achievements.The campus football sports of various characteristic schools have been strongly supported by the school leaders.The overall situation of the football field is in good condition,and some of the school grounds are cement,which presents certain risks.Football equipment is more adequate,infrastructure protection is more complete,but still need to be further improved.The main source of funds is the support from schools and parents.The source is limited,so it is necessary to further expand the source of funds to ensure the smooth progress of campus football.The age structure of football coaches in all featured schools is reasonable,their educational levels are in good condition,and their job satisfaction is high,which effectively promotes the healthy development of campus football.However,there is a shortage of professional teachers,and the professional level of football coaches is low.Most football coaches are non-football majors,with less training and learning time.However,coaches pay more attention to the reflection after training,which is conducive to promoting the good and rapid development of campus football.Students of all featured schools have high enthusiasm and clear motivation to participate in campus football games.They like football games,and most of them can clearly recognize the benefits brought by football games.According to the investigation,the biggest factor affecting students' participation in football is fear of injury,which is related to the nature of sports that football is physical confrontation.Parents of students in characteristic schools have a good understanding of the benefits brought by football,and provide necessary material guarantee and spiritual support for students to participate in campus football.Most parents do not put pressure on their children to play school football and let the future take its course.Athletes of school teams of all featured schools have clear motivation to participate in football training,but have no clear understanding of training objectives and future solutions.They can fully realize the benefits and benefits of football to themselves,and participate in school team training for a long period of time.Satisfied with the training mode of the coach,he can find his favorite training mode and devote himself to it.However,some schools have less training times per week,so it is difficult to guarantee the quality of football training.
