| Teachers’ classroom assessment literacy is an important content of teachers’ professional development,which affects teachers’ teaching quality,and even more influences students’ learning development.At present,the research of domestic teachers’ classroom assessment literacy has just risen.Based on the existing research,this article focused on the status of teachers’ classroom assessment literacy.The key points are:(1)Analyze the composition of teachers’ classroom assessment literacy;(2)Construct a survey tool for teachers’ classroom assessment literacy;(3)Explore the status of teachers’ classroom assessment literacy.The thesis consists of six chapters,the first chapter presents the research design,and the second chapter analyzes the composition of teacher assessment literacy through a review of relevant domestic and foreign research,and initially establishes teacher’s classroom assessment awareness,teacher’s classroom assessment knowledge and teacher’s classroom assessment skills.Each first-level indicator is decomposed into a number of second-level indicators.The third and fourth chapters are based on the constituent elements of teacher assessment literacy,drawing on the research results of predecessors,after adapting,preliminarily constructing the investigation tool of teacher assessment literacy of this research.And use classroom observation method and expert consultation method to revise the research tools to form the final questionnaire.The fifth and sixth chapters use the developed survey tools to investigate the status.To compare and analyze the differences in teachers’ classroom assessment literacy levels under different backgrounds,and propose suggestions to promote the development of classroom assessment literacy of primary and middle school teachers’ classroom assessment literacy. |
