| Education is the foundation of a country and the foundation of a strong country.In the current competition among countries in the world,talents are of the utmost importance,and the emergence of talents is closely related to the development of education.A vigorous development of education is a prerequisite for ensuring that the country has sufficient talents.Due to the continuous growth of per capita disposable income in our country,changes in consumption concepts,and the continuous pressure of selection examinations and higher education,the people’s demand for K12 extracurricular tutoring is increasing.At present,the market has a bright development prospect and a fragmented competitive landscape.With the tightening of national regulatory policies and the increasingly prominent brand effect of the industry,there will be more investment and mergers and acquisitions in the future.Therefore,the industry urgently needs to improve companies that meet the characteristics of the industry.Value evaluation theory.However,there are only a handful of relevant literatures on the research of enterprise value evaluation methods in this industry,and the few research literatures only practice one valuation method,which is not convincing.Therefore,this article is based on the FCFF and EVA models.Exploring the enterprise value evaluation method suitable for the industry is of great significance to the improvement of the industry’s valuation system.This article analyzes the principles and applicability of traditional enterprise value evaluation methods: cost method,market method and income method,combined with the industry characteristics of K12 offline education and training companies and the actual situation of the enterprise value realization model,and finally determined to be based on income method Valuation of the target company.After comparing the characteristics of the various models of the income method,it is found that the FCFF and EVA models are more suitable for evaluating K12 offline education and training companies.According to the development law of the company,the two-stage model is selected to evaluate the thinking music education company.On this basis,the author made corresponding adjustments to some subjects of the EVA model based on the characteristics of the industry to make it more suitable for the actual situation of the industry.Finally,the target company under the two methods is obtained-the enterprise value evaluation value of Scholar Education,and compared with the company’s stock price on the evaluation base date.In the end,this article concludes after theoretical analysis and case study: the use of FCFF method and EVA method to evaluate K12 offline education and training companies is effective.Although the evaluation value has a certain gap with the actual stock price,it is within a reasonable range.The error.At the same time,in order to think about how to improve the value of Le Education,the author puts forward some suggestions on increasing operating income and reducing operating costs.The research in this article provides a valuation basis for investment and mergers and acquisitions in the industry,provides some help to scholars who will study the enterprise value evaluation of the K12 education extracurricular tutoring industry,and also provides a reasonable way for the managers of K12 offline education and training companies to enhance their corporate value. |
