The main contradiction in my country's social development has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's ever-increasing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The new era needs new people of the era.In2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of cultivating newcomers of the era and regards being able to take on the task of national rejuvenation as the requirement of newcomers of the era.College students are an important group of newcomers of the era.Cultivating college students' responsibility and improving college students' responsibility has become a major event affecting national rejuvenation.This thesis strives to conduct research on how to cultivate college students' sense of responsibility in the new era.In addition to the introduction,this article has four chapters.The introduction is mainly about the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the research status,the method of thinking,innovation and deficiencies.The first chapter analyzes the connotation of related concepts such as the newcomer of the era and the spirit of responsibility as well as the theoretical basis of the thesis.In terms of connotation analysis,on the one hand,it discusses the connotation of the new man of the era from four aspects: requirements of the new era,historical mission,mental state,and quality composition.That is,the newcomers of the era refer specifically to the newcomers of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.They are the national rejuvenation promoters who undertake the historical mission of national rejuvenation,have the spirit of forge ahead,dedication,and pioneering,and have ideals,skills,and responsibilities.On the other hand,the connotation of the spirit of responsibility is further defined on the basis of the newcomers of the era.The article believes that the spirit of responsibility is the conscious mental state and ability of the newcomers of the era to devote themselves to national rejuvenation based on a deep understanding of the development background of the new era.It is the unity of mission awareness,innovative spirit,initiative awareness,and international vision in the new era,which embodies the consistency of responsibility and ability.On the theoretical basis,on the one hand,it expounds the Marxist classic writers' conclusions on the responsibility theory and the view of youth;on the other hand,it analyzes the Chinese Communists' discourse on the spirit of youth responsibility.Chapter Two discusses the meaning and content of cultivating college students' responsibility spirit.It expounds the significance of cultivating college students' sense of responsibility from four aspects including the implementation of the "four services" educational concept.And according to the requirements of the newcomers of the times and the spirit of responsibility,the training content of four aspects: situation awareness,responsibility emotion,ideals and beliefs,and innovative quality has been constructed.Chapter Three,by issuing questionnaires to analyze the data of the questionnaire,the status quo of the cognition,emotion,will and behavior of the undergraduates' responsibility spirit and the ideas,theoretical education,practical education,institutional mechanisms,and cultural construction of the college students' sense of responsibility The status quo and the reasons are analyzed.The results show that college students are more positive about national rejuvenation and newcomers of the era,but they also have the shortcomings of fuzzy cognition,unsteady will,and unobvious behavior.In colleges and universities,the application of ideological and political education theory courses and the selection of content have shown obvious enthusiasm,but there are also problems of imperfect training theory,curriculum ideology,and theoretical education.The Fourth chapter proposes countermeasures for the cultivation of college students' responsibility spirit from the aspects of top-level design,ideological and political theory education,curriculum ideological and political,practical education,campus culture,etc.,according to the status quo of college students' responsibility spirit and the current situation of college cultivation.In terms of top-level design,the spirit of responsibility is integrated into the school's talent training program and the integration is deepened according to the school's development characteristics and professional development characteristics,so as to be targeted.And start with the student behavior mechanism and teacher teaching mechanism,and formulate a mechanism for students to be willing to develop the spirit of responsibility and teachers to be willing to cultivate the spirit of responsibility.In terms of ideological and political theory education,we attach importance to improving the political theory level of college students with the latest theories of the party to enhance their sense of responsibility,and dig deeper into the spirit of responsibility contained in the excellent traditional culture and the great national spirit formed under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,such as the Long March Spirit,Yan'an spirit,two bombs and one satellite spirit,manned spaceflight spirit.In terms of curriculum ideology and politics,while insisting on taking the ideological and political course as the main position for cultivating college students to take on the spirit,strengthen the role of curriculum ideology and politics,that is,actively build the curriculum ideology and politics around the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility and give full play to the role of classroom teaching.In terms of practical education.Enrich the spirit of responsibility through practice bases and campus practice activities.In the construction of campus culture,we will fully carry out the demonstration education of role model,and encourage students to form the spirit of responsibility with typical role models.At the same time,pay attention to the integration of school characteristics and responsibility in the construction of campus culture.
