Education is the foundation of the country,and teachers are the backbone of education construction.The sense of responsibility and mission of the teaching team is getting heavier and heavier,and the focus on the construction and development of the teaching team is gradually increasing,which puts forward more urgent needs for the teacher professional development of the teaching team.However,previous researches on the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers tended to be more theoretical,and limited help in actual Chinese classroom practice.This research adopts the method of narrative research,and selects a primary school language expert teacher who has been engaged in the education industry for more than 20 years as the research object,and takes other different teachers around him as the comparative research object.Through the author's personal participation in the research site,observation of their classroom teaching and daily teaching,conducting many interviews and collecting a large amount of original data,restore and reorganize its classroom teaching and daily teaching situations,and compare the teaching differences between the two,Analyze the reasons for the differences between different teachers' enthusiasm for Chinese teaching in primary schools,the basic concepts of Chinese teaching in primary schools,the degree of specialization of Chinese teaching in primary schools,the degree of innovation in primary Chinese teaching,and the atmosphere of primary Chinese teaching.On this basis,excavate the precious shining points of the elementary school language expert teachers,and combine with the educational theory to summarize the general rules for promoting the professional development of elementary school language teachers,and explore methods that are more suitable for teaching practice and can promote the professional development of other elementary school language teachers.This research proposes suggestions that can help other elementary school language teachers to develop their own professional development from the perspectives of establishing a sense of active development,keeping up with the pace of education reform,cultivating the habit of practical reflection,and following the guidance of outstanding peers,so as to promote more teachers to move forward.
