Implementation of new courses, make people more and more attention to the study of classroom teaching. New courses of design and implementation, for each bit line teachers speaking undoubtedly not a major of challenge, because classroom teaching process itself is a dynamic, not rigidly adhere to the process of the form, and mathematics classroom teaching of implementation who--teachers, its each a bit teachers are has its their of teaching features and mode, we can by comparison novice, and general and expert type teachers of mathematics classroom teaching in the of teaching features to analysis comparison its similarities and differences between of department, to improve mathematics teaching in the of insufficient of department, improve teachers of teaching business level.The author from the original teaching and learning environment—mathematics classroom starting to observe the novice, general and expert teacher of ordinal classroom teaching, and research on teaching practice in the teaching of difference reflected. In this study, the three groups of subjects are selected, the novice teachers, teachers of two ordinary teachers, experts, made use of interview and observation on research contents related to data collection, finally reach the study conclusion. Expert and general type teachers by select of exercises type comparison has "quality", and novice teachers is some pursuit mathematics exercises of "volume" and ignored has exercises itself of "mass", last, three species type of teachers in classroom in the by using of teaching language frequency new definitions today, and interpretation sexual language number almost is equal of, but the judge in organization and teaching of the three types of use of use of language appeared on the different degrees of difference. Finally, presented in this study to further improve the existing knowledge structure of teachers, improve their own abilities, focus on rationality of using the language of instruction and training student's ability as a goal, hope can help novice-general-expert teachers to improve teacher quality, faster form a unique style of teaching, thus shortening the gap between the novice, general and expert teachers.
