China's rural area is vast,rural education occupies an important position in basic education in China.Paying attention to the problems of rural education,especially the problems of teaching and research in small-scale rural schools,and exploring the predicament and outlet of teaching and research in small-scale schools,play an important role in the balanced development of basic education in China.District teaching and research is helpful to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and this is an important way to improve teachers' literacy.At the same time,the quality of teaching and research in small rural schools in China needs to be improved.In view of this,promoting the quality of teaching and research in small-scale rural schools has become one of the hot topics concerned by many researchers and practitioners.Based on symbiotic theory and learning organization theory,this study comprehensively uses literature research,questionnaire survey and interview research,and takes 7 schools in Z district of Jiangxi Province as the research object.In the aspect of questionnaire,this study selects the teachers of 7 schools(including6 small-scale rural schools and 1 central primary school)as the object,grasps the personal basic information of the research object and the development of teaching and research in the district and so on.On this basis,16 teachers are further interviewed by interview method,so as to deeply study and analyze the real situation of teaching and research in this area,and realize a more concrete and targeted understanding of the research object.Based on the analysis and interpretation of the research data,this study combs and summarizes the present situation of teaching and research in this area from five aspects: teaching and research form,teaching and research content,guarantee mechanism,incentive mechanism and operation effect.On this basis,this paper analyzes and discusses some problems of teaching and research in rural areas: first,the scattered of teaching and research between schools,the prominent problem of emphasizing teaching and research,leading to a single form of teaching and research;second,the weak theory of teachers' teaching and research,the lack of expert guidance,and the solidification of teaching and research content.In summary,in order to improve the quality of teaching and research in small-scale rural schools and promote the rapid development of rural education,this study puts forward suggestions from the following four aspects: firstly,set up a district teaching and research forum and promote the combination of online and offline,and then enrich the form of district teaching and research;secondly,strengthen the study of teaching and research theory,set up expert steering committee,and then update the content of district teaching and research;thirdly,give full play to the leading role of the central primary school and activate the multiple teaching and research resources,and then strengthen the organization and coordination of the district;finally,increase the identity of teachers' teaching and research,formulate rich incentive measures,and then establish the incentive mechanism of teaching and research in the district.
