Engineering training center is not only the teaching place of colleges and universities,but also the training base of extracurricular science and technology innovation practice for college students.With the rapid increase of engineering teaching equipment in colleges and universities in recent years,the original engineering training center management mode is relatively backward,which can not meet the needs of engineering training and teaching management.It is urgent to use information technology to realize digital teaching,digital management and interconnection of teaching equipment in engineering training center,improve the quality control of teaching links and intelligentize educational administration management.At first,this paper studied the modern engineering training teaching system and management mode,through to the modern engineering talents training requirements reflect the development direction of engineering training teaching,combined with the engineering application of the Engineering Training Center of??????????teaching content and the status quo of the equipment,improve the school modern engineering training teaching plan and system,intelligence work for the construction of the training demand is put forward.On this basis,the real-time data collection and storage technology of heterogeneous equipment are studied.Through FOCAS protocol,OPC technology,Modbus protocol,process data processing,database application and other technologies,the real-time data collection,processing and storage of teaching equipment are collected,processed and stored on site.Secondly,according to the overall design scheme of the system,the hardware and software of the system and each functional module are designed and implemented,mainly including the design and implementation of digital teaching system,digital management function,learning factory teaching module,Io T centralized control system and industrial training visualization.Finally,with the support of data collected by industrial Internet technology and combined with the overall design of the system,the function of the intelligent industrial training system is realized.
