Enterprise development lies in the people, while the key point of improving the overall quality of staff lies in education and training. Any corporate decision-making, execution layer, operation layer will not deny that strengthen employee education and training, and comprehensively improving the quality of workers, is a magic weapon for winning enterprise competition. Staff training is the critical work to nurturing and developing common values, and enhancing the cohesion; Staff training is an effective way to enhance staff ability level, and to reach people and "things" match; Staff training is an important measures to incentive employee motivation; Staff training is the best means to build a learning organization. However, how to be more targeted to the design and construction of a staff training system, a reasonable reserve for enterprise development and development of talent, has become an important issue in front of every enterprise.Huadong Casting Co., Ltd.(referred to as the Huadong Casting) was established in August2010. It’s an Weichai Power’s wholly owned subsidiary, and has a staff of575people. Currently employees training content, forms, methods and so exsiting varying degrees of problems. The training is lack of systematic and corresponding guidance of the theory of modern training, and the training work fell into some errors, resulting in training ineffective. This article explore the training problems of Huadong Casting by questionnaire, and analyze the problems, to build the training manage system, realize systematization of training work. And then, it propose training implementation and effects assessment program, to make training serve the enterprise development strategy.
