| With the promulgation and implementation of the outline for the Construction of a Sports Power,the traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation is undoubtedly one of the most excellent soft power in the process of building a sports power.The key point of China's transformation from a sports power to a sports power is the development of national traditional sports.It is the essence of national culture,one of the unique fo rms of national traditional culture,and the unique cultural treasure of the Chinese nation.Each national traditional sports symbolizes a national culture,through the precipitation of history,by thousands of ethnic people passed on to this day.In order to adapt to the changes of the times,through excavation,collation,inheritance,development and innovation can be presented in front of the world.At present,the development of traditional national sports in China is not optimistic,and the trend of being gradually marginalized makes the traditional national sports have to speed up the pace and seek new development strategies.The traditional national sports in our country is mainly based on the three development paths of society,family and school.The school is the main position to make the traditional national sports pass on efficiently and develop well and continuously.Tujia nationality,one of the traditional minorities in China,is mainly distributed in the Wuling Mountain area of Guizhou,Chongqing,Hubei and Hunan.In Wuling Mountain Tujia Shanzhai,there is a folk sports activity called bamboo bell ball,which has a long history.In the daily life of Tujia people,the bamboo bell ball competition is regarded as a very meaningful educational means by Tujia ancestors.The church generations learn to compete,forge ahead and cooperate from it.Through continuous communication and integration,the bamboo bell ball,which integrates fitness,entertainment and education,has been accepted by the public.In addition,with the continuous development of traditional national sports in China,bamboo bell ball has gone out of the village with its own unique charm and integrated into the school.At present,Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County has introduced bamboo bell ball as a kind of physical education resource to the school,and has built a bamboo bell ball pilot school.With the further development and prosperity of economy and culture,Tujia culture "Bamboo Bell Ball" has far-reaching national value and significance for the future development of Chinese culture.Taking the development of bamboo boll ball in Shizhu County as the research object,this paper investigates the basic situation of bamboo boll ball in Shizhu County from the point of view of the basic situation of the school,the basic situation of the teachers and the basic situation of the students through various scientific research methods such as literature,questionnaire,SWOT situation analysis and AHP analysis.By using SWOT qualitative analysis,the internal advantages and disadvantages and external effects of bamboo boll ball in Shizhu County are obtained,and combined with the quantitative analysis,It provides a scientific development strategy for the development of bamboo bell ball in Shizhu County.The findings are as follows:(1)Four pilot schools have been set up in Shizhu County since the development of the Bamboo Bell Ball Campaign.Each school has different degrees of development due to different actual conditions.(2)There is a lack of teachers in bamboo boll ball specialty,the age structure of teachers is more aging,the educational level is different,the number of training participation is less,and few teachers can be qualified for teaching bamboo boll ball.However,the support for bamboo ball into the campus is great,and it is willing to introduce teachers outside the school to promote the development of bamboo ball in school education.(3)There is considerable recognition among the students in the bamboo-bell-ball movement.Students also have a high sense of identity with the traditional culture of the bamboo-bell-ball nation.The motivation for students to participate in the bamboo-bell-ball movement is mainly to inherit national culture and enrich their own cultural life.Improve their physique and health.It is understood that students mainly through school publicity,television network and books and materials and other ways to understand the relevant knowledge of bamboo ball,but in the family communication path know less,bamboo ball family education needs to be strengthened.(4)Through the analysis of SWOT situation,the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of bamboo ball development in the bamboo ball pilot school are obtained.The main advantages are students' strong sense of identity to Tujia culture,bamboo ball set fitness,performance,competitive in one,with a higher entertainment,can enhance the characteristics of the school,the educational value of traditional national sports culture;the main disadvantages are that the construction of professional teachers is not in place,the contradiction between "physical education" and "cultural class" leads to the lack of cultural teachers,the shortage of site equipment and funds,the lack of expert guidance,the school management mechanism and the evaluation and inspection follow-up mechanism has not been improved;The main opportunities include the government's push and the support of the departments,the National People's Games as a promotion platform,the steady progress of a series of events,the vigorous development of contemporary tourism,the main threats are the gradual lack of traditional folk artists,the development and large-scale reproduction of practical equipment,the lack of protection of the rights and interests of employees,the decline in participation enthusiasm,the marginalization of traditional sports of ethnic minorities,and the "ritualization ".(5)The development of bamboo boll ball in Shizhu County is studied by combining situation analysis with analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Based on the analysis of SWOT-AHP model,the comprehensive weight,intensity and strength of all sub-factors in the SWOT are obtained.Finally,the development of bamboo boll ball should adopt the strategy of ST resistance and enterprising,and choose the proactive strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the ST strategy.In view of the above conclusions,the author puts forward the development strategy and suggestions of bamboo bell ball,which provides a true and credible theoretical basis for the development of bamboo bell ball project in Shizhu County. |
