The theme of this thesis is the development and research ofthe school-based curriculum concerning using bamboo in class aroundYanDang Mountain and doing the study on YuYing school in YueQingCounty. Under the system of Three-level curriculum management and onthe basis of a great diversity of bamboo around YanDangMountain,YuYing School develops Bamboo-school based curriculum inthe aspect of curriculum concept,school orientation,fact of students,thedemand of school development,expanding curriculum resources and richcourse content,thus, make the state of “people don’t have,but I have”come true,which is of high reference and worth being promoted.The theme uses many ways.such as searching informationfrom literature, observation,case analysis and logical analysis, on thebasis of concluding,inducting and analyzing many schools’ curriculumdevelopment,theory and fact, to study the process and content of Bamboo-school based curriculum,how to carry out,how to apply, theestablishment of evaluation and making suggestions.The research indicate as bellow:Using local material,bamboo, as the main material in class inelementary stage of Compulsory education and clear goals,clearapplication and specific evaluation, to meet the demand when YuYingschool carry out PE curriculum reforming.The development and application of bamboo-school basedcurriculum reflects new curriculum concept and school’s philosophy of“People Oriented”,promoting teachers’ own professionaldevelopment,highlighting school characteristics, and also promoting thedevelopment of YuYing School.The development and application of bamboo-school basedcurriculum provides a strong factual basis for our new round of PhysicalEducation (and health) Curriculum Standard(2011), which will providereference for other places and help them carry out school-basedcurriculum.In the view of organizational school-based teaching materialonly used in Primary School,it will lead to the unbalanced culturaldevelopment between different learning periods and differentschools.What’s more,it is not perfect for determining the content and theevaluation scheme. Suggestions are as below:1It needs us to e actively explore its practicability andfeasibility when using local materal to proceed the development ofschool-based curriculum.2Strengthening the exploring in below aspects: effectivelyimprove teachers’ developing ability, ensure the scientificity andeffectiveness of the curriculum and establish reasonable evaluationsystem. Combining effectively this curriculum with others.3.In order to realize scool’s diversification and characteristicteaching, actively explore typical local tradition oreinted school-basedcurriculum cases and development and application mode.
