Research On The Characteristics Of Technical And Tactical Application Of Outstanding Athletes In The Taekwondo Women's +67kg Class In The 2016 Rio Olympics

In recent years,with the rapid development of Taekwondo in the world,a number of outstanding Taekwondo athletes,represented by Wu Jingyu,Zhao Shuai and Zheng Shuyin,have emerged in China.This paper takes the technical and tactical characteristics of the top three women's + 67 kg Taekwondo Athletes in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games as the research object,and mainly uses the methods of literature,video observation,and so on By using the methods of mathematical statistics and logical analysis,through repeatedly watching 13 videos,this paper makes a detailed statistical analysis on the technical and tactical characteristics of the top three Taekwondo Athletes in the women's + 67 kg Taekwondo competition of the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,so as to further understand the technical and tactical characteristics of the world's outstanding women's + 67 kg Taekwondo Athletes in the competition,so as to prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games for our Taekwondo athletes get ready.The main conclusions are as follows:Front Cross kick,side Kick/push kick and back cross kick are the main techniques used by women + 67 kg athletes in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,and straight punch is the technique with the highest success rate,the Front Cross kick and side kick/push kick are the highest scoring techniques.in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,most of the elite female + 67 kg athletes in the competition were mainly in the middle technique,accounting for 67.7% of the total technique,of which the utilization rate of the middle front horizontal kick was the highest,39.3%,followed by side kick/push kick,back cross kick,straight punch,back kick,double fly kick,whirlwind kick and Hook kick are not used in the middle technique.in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,32.3% of the elite female + 67 kg athletes used high-position skills,of which the highest use of high-position front cross-kick,the highest success rate of the hook kick,the highest scoring rate.in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,women + 67 kg elite athletes mainly use single technical movements,combined technical movements as a supplement,with relatively few multi-stroke movements.in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,the utilization rate of the attack tactics of women + 67 kg elite athletes was higher than that of the defensive counterattack tactics and the head-on attack tactics.(6)at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,the women's + 67 kg elite athletes used the most offensive tactics in the competition,but scored the highest in the defensive counterattack tactics,reaching 50.9 percent.The women's athletes in the big ranks are better at scoring in the defensive counterattack.
