A Comparative Analysis Of Zhao Shuai's Tactical Features In 2016 Rio Olympics And 2017 World Taekwondo Championships

After taekwondo entered the official Olympic games,Chinese women athletes have achieved brilliant results,but men have not been able to win the championship until Zhao Shuai won the first gold medal in the history of Chinese men's taekwondo in the Rio Olympics in 2016,realizing the breakthrough of " zero" in the gold medal list of Chinese men's taekwondo in the Olympic games and opening a new chapter in the development of Chinese men's taekwondo.Following that,Zhao Shuai once again refreshed the history of Chinese men's taekwondo in the 2017 world taekwondo championship.after unremitting efforts,he finally defeated his opponent and won the men's 63 kg championship,which was also the first gold medal for Chinese men's taekwondo in the world taekwondo championship.this greatly encouraged the morale and confidence of Chinese taekwondo and greatly promoted the rapid development of Chinese men's taekwondo to a certain extent.Zhao Shuai can continue to create good results because he reasonably and effectively uses tactics in the competition.This paper analyzes the relevant data through statistics of Zhao Shuai's technical and tactical use and scoring in the 2016 Rio Olympics and 2017 World Taekwondo Championships.The research methods used in this paper include literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The technical and tactical situations of Zhao Shuai in the 2016 Rio Olympics and 2017 World Taekwondo Championships are compared and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn after the research:1.Different from the Rio Olympics in 2016,in the 2017 World Taekwondo Championships,the utilization rate of the front cross kick in Zhao Shuai increased by 26.22%,and the rear cross kick increased by 15.42%,while the utilization rate of the side kick leg technique,which accounts for a large proportion in the Rio Olympics,decreased by 43.36%,and the cross kick leg technique became the main leg technique in Zhao Shuai in the 2017 World Taekwondo Championships.2.Although the score rate of Zhao Shuai's cross kick before the 2017 World Taekwondo Championship dropped by 8.34%,it is still the leg technique with the highest score.Zhao Shuai took advantage of his height and long legs to distance himself from his opponent,increasing the score rate of back cross kick by 25.59%.However,the score rate of side kick dropped by 8.98%.In 2017 World Taekwondo Championship,Zhao Shuai will use side kick to control distance and test opponents or defense,not as the main scoring technique.The score rate of the double-fly kick dropped by 12.69%,because the double-fly kick is complicated in structure and its center of gravity fluctuates greatly,which makes it more difficult for tall athletes to master the body center of gravity and is more unfavorable for effective scoring and defense.3.Compared with the two matches,the number of legs used in the first round of the 2017 World Taekwondo Championship in Zhao Shuai decreased by 8.96%,the number of legs used in the second round increased by 52.24%,and the number of legs used in the third round increased by 56.72%.The scores of leg skills in the three rounds increased in turn.Zhao Shuai adjusted the use of leg skills and the distribution of physical strength in the three rounds of the competition and no longer focused more on the first round.Instead,we will use the first round to test our opponents and find the rhythm of the match.In the second and third rounds,we will increase the use of leg techniques,create more scoring opportunities and better distribute our physical strength.When the opponent's physical strength drops sharply in the third round,we will widen the score gap with the opponent and win the match.4.Zhao Shuai used the mid-level technology 63.38% more in the 2017 World Taekwondo Championships than in the 2016 Rio Olympics.36.62%more high-level skills and 43.59% more points.This shows that in the 2017 World Taekwondo Championship,Zhao Shuai not only regards the mid-point technique as a means to block the opponent's attack,but also pays attention to the scoring of the mid-point technique.At the same time,it also gives full play to its own advantages and strengthens the use and scoring of the high-point technique.5.The use of tactics is mainly based on active attack,supplemented by attack tactics.Defensive counterattack tactics and corner tactics also have certain scoring effects.The head score is higher than the abdomen score in active attack tactics and attack tactics.
