With the continuous development of teaching practice,activating knowledge and enhancing memory thinking become more and more important goals in middle school history teaching.Students are the main body of teaching activities,and all teaching activities should be carried out around this subject.With the increasing pressure of learning,teachers should help students to reduce the burden of memory and carry out efficient learning.Teaching is a two-way and artistic communication between teachers and students.Therefore,how to give full play to students’ subjectivity is also the most important part of efficient memory.This paper takes the application of efficient memory method in junior high school history teaching as the breakthrough point,based on the relevant theory of memory,from personal participation in teaching as practice,with real and reliable data analysis as the support,and then carries out this study.Based on the theory of memory,the theory of memory and the theory of psychology,the author first deals with the physiological and psychological factors that affect human memory,human forgetting,human learning experience,motivation and so on.Therefore,the importance and necessity of memory method,especially efficient memory method,to junior high school history teaching are deeply recognized.And in the last five months of teaching practice to carry out the subject of practical research,By means of questionnaire survey,teacher-student conversation and interview,this paper provides a true and reliable basis for the use of memory method in junior high school history teaching.In the later period,through the combination of new multimedia technology,this paper puts forward four high-efficiency memory methods,which are represented by "thinking map "," charting" and "skillful use exercises ",and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the application principles,application examples,application results and measures for improvement.Although there are still shortcomings in this paper,in the process of carrying out this the in-depth exploration of this topic to find the correct direction and material support.This practical application of efficient memory method in junior high school history teaching is not the end point of individual research,but the starting point of long research.The author will also improve the relevant knowledge and overcome his own shortcomings in the future teaching work.Constantly acquire teaching experience to improve and develop the research.
