Children interact with each other and play together,and peer play is more complex and risky than individual play.Peer communication is not only friendly cooperation and sharing,but also exists peer rejection behavior.Reasonably looking at and coping with peer rejection can help children acquire richer experience in social communication and promote their ability to pick up social views and acquire social communication skills.As a kind of structural game,the construction area game is not only a cognitive learning behavior for children to construct the material world,but also an important process for children to interact and communicate,construct social environment,and form a sense of rules and order.This study an army of kindergarten children in Taiyuan city as the research object,by constructing area of the game as the research background,through a semester of observation and interview,and analyze the watch case and interview arrangement,the focus of top class children in construction area of peer rejection behavior in the game type,refused to strategy,refusal and feedback behavior,the impact and the reason analysis,proposed the corresponding education.Specific research results are as follows:1.Peer rejection strategies in the construction area of top class children can be divided into direct rejection and indirect rejection,of which indirect rejection is the main strategy;In indirect rejection,the peer rejection strategy is mainly based on reasoning.The use of peer rejection strategy is flexible.2.Feedback behaviors of the rejected include: active fighting type,calm accepting type,retreat compromise type and passive resistance type,mainly active fighting type and calm accepting type.The rejected children's different feedback behaviors interact with their own social development.3.There are three types of rejection behaviors: operational rejection,regular rejection,communicative rejection and resource-based rejection.Among them,communicative refusal and regular refusal are the main ones.Children's peer rejection behavior in construction of large area,resource-based rejection is the least,explain the increase of children's prosocial behavior,more children are willing to give to companion to help share the altruistic behavior,such as but sharing behavior should be based on children maintain their own interests,with its own interests conflict can be a reasonable refused to children.4.A rational and dialectical analysis should be conducted on the influence of the refusal behavior of older children in the construction area on both sides.In different situations,both sides have positive and negative influences.5.There are various reasons for peer rejection behavior of the top class children in the construction area.According to the different objects of action,the author divides them into kindergarten factors,family factors,children's own subjective factors and the influence of teacher behavior.To sum up,the author believes that the peer rejection behavior of children in the construction area should be treated objectively and rationally,and specific problems should be analyzed.For those who refuse,we should guide children to reasonably refuse and safeguard their own interests;For those who are rejected,we should analyze the reasons and encourage children to actively fight for a positive treatment of rejection events.We should guide children to understand the refusal of behavior is a behavior rather than children themselves,let children learn to analyze the causes of the event,thinking about the solution to the problem,rather than self-pity or negative protest.Therefore,the author puts forward five educational suggestions: the creation of a suitable environment to promote children's friendly peer communication behavior;Jointly formulate regional rules,so that children become the master of the region;Regional review: rationally guide children to rationally view peer rejection;Teachers should observe comprehensively,guide correctly,and focus on helping;Home co-breeding,correct treatment of children's peer rejection behavior.
