This article proposes that the five core literacy of chemistry is the biggest change in the new chemistry curriculum standard, and puts forward specific requirements on how to implement the core literacy of chemistry. It also suggested that teachers' attention should be paid to students' problem awareness and ability to solve problems. The problem-based teaching method can not only improve students' problem awareness, drill their ability to solve problems, but also implement discipline literacy. In the traditional high school chemistry review class, teachers usually use cramming method of teaching or have a lot of homework and exams.Though senior three students have mastered some basic knowledge of chemistry, they lack some ability. Therefore, this article combines problem-based teaching with the general review of chemistry in the third year of senior school. In this article, the author designed different problem situations to guide students to discover problems,in order to deepen the understanding of knowledge in the process of analyzing and solving problems.Meanwhile,it can carry out the cultivation of students' core accomplishment in chemistry and improve the review efficiency of chemistry for senior three students. This paper, which sorts out the research status of core literacy and problem-based teaching in chemistry, clarified that the implementation of core literacy in chemistry is the requirement of college entrance examination reform and new curriculum standards. In addition, the content and methods of this paper are briefly introduced. Then, the author discussed the core literacy of chemistry and expound the related theories of problem-based teaching, including the introduction and interpretation of the connotation of the core literacy of chemistry, the explanation of question-asked teaching method and its positive effect on the general review of chemistry in senior high school. What's more, the author analyzes students' psychology of learning chemistry and the current situation of chemistry review for senior three students. This article is based on the core accomplishment of chemistry subject, using question-based teaching mode to carry out “Review of Redox Special Topic” and write a teaching design of “Special review of laboratory preparation methods of common gases”.At last, the author interviewed, analyzed and summarized the learning experience of students who implemented problem-based teaching.Based on the reform of chemistry curriculum and the new chemistry curriculum standards, this paper explores how to carry out the question-based teaching mode in the general review of chemistry in the third year of high school,so as to implement and develop the students' core literacy of chemistry. Finally, through the development of actual teaching cases,it is concluded that the problem-based teaching model which is based on the core literacy of chemistry has effectively improved the current state of high school students learning chemistry and changed the classroom learning atmosphere. It not only developed students' core literacy in chemistry, but also improve the overall review efficiency of senior chemistry.More importantly, its results can be used for reference in the implementation of core quality in the teaching of chemistry review in Senior Three.
