Children and adolescents are physically and mentally healthy,physically strong,strongwilled and full of vitality.They are the embodiment of the vitality of a nation,a symbol of social civilization and progress,and an important aspect of a country's comprehensive strength.The student physique is our country health education important constituent,also is the school physical education work important content.There are,however,statistics show that the physical health of children and adolescents in China on some main indicators continue to decline,the country,the place also issued a basket of measures,there are many scholars have studied and analyzed the reasons,put forward a variety of solutions,but the lack of comprehensive,novelty,pertinence is not strong,the core factors that affect physical health level remains to be further mining.The physical health of primary school students directly affects the physical health level of middle school and university,so it is of great significance to track,analyze and intervene the physical health level of primary school students.As a famous historical and cultural city and the capital city of Jiangxi Province,nanchang's primary school students' physical health level is not only representative,but also has strong pertinence.Social ecology theory,this study data in nanchang city primary school students physical health,on the basis of dynamic analysis,to explore the core factors that affect physical health level of nanchang city primary school students,and puts forward practical and feasible countermeasure,make recommendations for the nanchang city education department and related department,to promote the physical health level of nanchang city primary school students to provide theoretical basis for the decision-making.In this study,the data of 18 primary school students from 6 municipal districts and 3counties selected in Nanchang city were analyzed by means of literature review,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to study the dynamic changes and influencing factors of students' physical health status from 2017 to 2019.Results: From 2017 to 2019,the overall physical health level of primary school students in Nanchang is relatively high,and the physical form of male and female students is well developed,which is higher than the national level.Compared with the national level,the development of female lung capacity is better,both higher than the national level.In 2018,male students were only above the national level,at the middle level.At the same time,students in Nanchang city have a high level of sensitive quality,but their speed quality is relatively weak.Compared with the national level,the increase of male students' flexibility is greater,but female students' flexibility is better than that of male students.Both female students and male students' flexibility scores in 2018 are lower than the national level.Male students in strength quality are obviously better than female students,but in 2018,male students were lower than the national level.Endurance quality showed a trend of first decline and then rise,and the development was not balanced.Based on the theory of social ecology,the factors affecting students' physical health mainly include the following aspects:(1)Students lack of awareness of physical exercise,lack of exercise plan,will make their physical health decline;(2)Students' daily life behavior is the objective factor that leads to the decline of physical health;(3)Lack of guidance and support from parents is the catalyst for students' physical decline;(4)The school physical education teaching mode has become an important reason for the change of students' physical health;(5)School teaching background is the key reason for students' physical health;(6)The imperfect public infrastructure and community activities will hinder the physical development of students.Proposal:(1)strengthen the role of the government in promoting the society,strengthen the effectiveness of the policy;(2)The physical fitness test results of students are no longer limited to data,but implemented into the improvement plan;(3)The combination of "physical education" and "intellectual education" plays a common role in school education;(4)Further implement the "teacher-led,student-centered" teaching mode;(5)Advocate family health education and guide students to establish a beneficial lifestyle.
