In order to solve the long-standing problems of low interest in learning and poor practice effects in gymnastics teaching in elementary and middle schools,relevant national departments have introduced Happy Gymnastics since 2014.The establishment and promotion of this project meets the requirements of the State Sports General Administration for the development of "sunshine sports" in school sports.Happy gymnastics is not a simple meaning or isolated gymnastics,but a complete meaning and systematic gymnastics curriculum solution in school sports.Therefore,promoting this project as soon as possible is an important measure of the current elementary school physical gymnastics teaching reform.This study adopts the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,ogical analysis method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,combined with the practice of happy gymnastics teaching in the elementary school in Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City.In-depth study of the promotion issues.The results show that: from the analysis of the current promotion situation,the development of the happy gymnastics project in Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City is in its infancy,lagging behind many urban primary schools in other provinces and even foreign countries.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation,it is concluded that the restrictive factors,the main factors that affect the promotion of the happy gymnastics project in Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City,mainly include the importance of leadership,he degree of parental support,and the funding.From the perspective of the value analysis of happy gymnastics,the main value of promoting happy gymnastics in the elementary schools in Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City is reflected in several aspects such as being beneficial to stimulating interest in learning,guiding autonomous exercise,and enhancing students' physical fitness.From the perspective of happy gymnastics promotion content,ts teaching items can be set according to different items such as trampoline,floor exercise,horizontal bars,parallel bars,jumping,and balance beams from the gymnastics of the State General Administration of Sports and the relevant content stipulated by the China Gymnastics Association.On the basis of the above research,this research has formulated a more realistic promotion plan according to the requirements of the promotion of the happy gymnastics project in the elementary school of Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City.The plan mainly includes guiding ideology,activity theme,implementation target,implementation content,implementation plan,project division and content reference,etc.Furthermore,this research puts forward seven promotion channels,including strengthening leadership,expanding publicity,university participation,innovating content,strengthening training,building models,and increasing investment.The results of this research can provide certain practical value for the development of happy gymnastics in elementary schools in Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City,and strengthen the government's emphasis on happy gymnastics in elementary schools in Yueyanglou District,Yueyang City,and provide theoretical reference and practical value for the development of happy gymnastics in domestic primary schools.
