Since the implementation of the new curriculum standards in primary and secondary schools across the country,there has been a wave of education and teaching reforms everywhere.The majority of primary and secondary school teachers are facing a new round of teaching tests and have entered a period of handover between traditional teaching and the new curriculum standards.In order to fully understand the teaching significance of the new curriculum standards,teachers have participated in the learning of the new curriculum standards under the guidance of relevant reform documents.The main methods adopted in this topic include literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Investigate the teaching situation under the new physical education standard of 15 elementary schools in Yueyang Lou District,Yueyang City,discuss the factors restricting development and find corresponding strategies and measures.conclusion as below:(1)The status quo of the implementation of the new physical education curriculum standard in the primary school of Yueyang Lou District,Yueyang City:The physical education teachers in the primary schools surveyed in the building area have a high degree of recognition of the concept of the new physical education curriculum standard,but their cognition is not deep.In the implementation of physical education,the primary schools surveyed generally have problems such as single content of physical education,lack of innovation in organizational forms and methods,which leads to a certain gap between the teaching effect and the expected value of the curriculum goals.New methods and models are urgently needed.Application to change the current teaching situation.(2)The restrictive factors for the implementation of the new physical education curriculum standards in the primary school of Yueyang Lou District,Yueyang City:the degree of leadership attention,the individual factors of the students,the teacher factors,the funding factors and the new curriculum standards themselves.(3)Promote the development strategy of the implementation of the new primary school physical education standards in Yueyang Lou District,Yueyang City,and the countermeasures proposed include: strengthen the attention of government leaders,strengthen the implementation of the curriculum standards,promote the active participation of students,promote the implementation of the curriculum standards,and pay attention to the cultivation of physical education teachers Reserve talents for implementing curriculum standards,increase investment in sports funds,improve the implementation environment of curriculum standards,improve school-based physical education courses,and create regional characteristics of curriculum standards.
