The rapid development of online learning in recent years has brought a new picture to education.With the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,teachers and students are forced to adopt online teaching and learning,and the emerging online learning environment places higher demands on learners' learning,especially self-regulated learning skills.Self-regulated learning is an important component of online learning and requires students to have the ability to plan and monitor their online learning behaviors.Students' success in online learning depends on their ability to self-regulate their learning.Lack of self-regulated learning is a major cause of online learning failure.Students with high self-regulation skills are more likely to benefit from online learning.The development of information technology has brought great impact to the traditional education system,and a lot of memory and retrieval work has been replaced by information technology.In this trend of development,the ability of computing thinking has become the basic ability demand of students.Studies have shown that self-regulated learning can promote the development of thinking and learning progress by regulating and controlling the learning process.At present,most of the researches on computational thinking start from the perspective of teachers and discuss how to promote the development of students' computational thinking by changing the teaching mode or cultivating strategies.However,besides relying on teachers to promote students' computational thinking ability,learners themselves can also improve their computational thinking ability through their own efforts.In recent years,foreign scholars have shifted their focus from external behavior to internal psychological factors in cultivating computational thinking.Programming education is the best way to develop computational thinking,the author combined with the concrete programming situations,explore online self-regulation learning ability of students in the process of learning to program to calculate the internal influence of thinking,so as to provide a new direction for students develop computational thinking,make the self-regulation theory as the framework for assessing and enhance computational thinking.This study aims to solve the following research questions:1.What is the current situation of College Students' self-regulated learning ability in online learning programming?2.What is the current situation of College Students' thinking level of online learning programming?3.What is the effect of online learning programming self-regulated learning ability on the level of Computational Thinking?The results of the study show that:(1)College students' online programming self-regulated learning ability is in the middle level on the whole,and there are great differences among individuals.Most of the students show average self-regulated learning ability in the process of programming learning.(2)The overall level of college students' computational thinking is at the middle level,their cooperation ability is at the middle and upper level,and their problem-solving ability is at the low level.(3)In the process of online programming,college students' self-regulated learning ability has a significant positive impact on the level of computational thinking.Among them,metacognitive control has the strongest impact on the level of computational thinking,and environmental control has the weakest impact on Computational Thinking.Among the influence relationships of various dimensions,metacognitive control has the strongest impact on critical thinking and computational thinking consciousness.
