National Identity Of College Students

National recognition is the recognition and approval of the members of the society to the state,and the patriotic act of consciously safeguarding national security and interests on this basis.National identity,as an important symbol of national legitimacy,is the psychological basis of national unity and social harmony,help to maintain national stability and social development,national identity as the core of patriotic education,helps to cultivate college students rational patriotism and make specific support behavior,promote college students to connect personal growth with the future and destiny of the national nation.At present,China is in a historical juncture of the Two Centenary Goals.China is facing opportunities and challenges in its development.It requires the members of society to work together.The national identity is an important link between the country and the members of society.As the hope and future of the country,and as the builders and successors of socialist modernization,enhancing the national identity of college students will help guide college students to actively participate in the realization of the Chinese dream.Based on various factors,this study believes that the national identity of college students mainly includes six aspects: national sovereignty identity,national nature identity,national organization identity and organizational identity of state power,national development identity,international status and national image identity,and national identity.In order to further objectively analyze the current situation of their national recognition,this paper conducts an empirical investigation based on the existing research results of Chinese and foreign scholars.The results show that college students 'overall national recognition is good,and a few college students have problems such as lack of national recognition initiative,lack of national cognitive rationality,lack of national sense of belonging,low level of national recognition,and practical effect of national recognition practice.At the same time,combined with the existing research and empirical analysis,it can be seen that the factors affecting the national identity of college students are mainly reflected in the national development,social environment,national identity education,college students ' ability and quality,etc.Further enhance the national recognition of college students,National development,social environment,school education,college students and other aspects need to play a positive role: the national level,Accelerate the economic development and improve the living standards,The development of democratic political security,Prosperity and advanced culture to meet the spiritual needs,Strengthening social governance and enhancing social harmony,Promote green development and promote harmonious coexistence;Social level,To resist the negative effects of the deepening of globalization,Strengthen ideological guidance to resist bad trends of thought,Give full play to the positive guidance of the mass media;School level,To consolidate the main position of ideological and political theory courses,Give full play to the function of campus education environment,Strengthen the demonstration role of college teachers,Innovate the national recognition education methods of colleges and universities;Student level,Enhance the national related awareness of college students,Improve the rational discrimination ability of college students,Guide college students to practice their journey to serve the country.
