A Study On Analyzing And Cultivating Contemporary College Students’ National Identity

Cultivating the students’ sense of national identity related to whether the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream can come true or not,related to the unity,exchanges and cooperation between various ethnic groups,and related to whether our country can face the globalization with self-confidence and self-development or not.Contemporary college students are energetic and with active thinking 、innovative spirit,they are also the future of our motherland、the hope of our nation and socialist builders and successors.College students only with a strong sense of national identity so can they in line with national standards of social demand for high quality talent in the new age.Currently the world situation, circumstances, the party situation is undergoing profound changes 、 economic globalization sweeping the world 、multi-level politic is developing、high-tech technology industries continue to deepen、the country’s reform continues to promote and cultural exchanges between China and the West have become increasingly frequent,this situation brings great wealth and convenience to the country as well as create a good environment to develop a good national identity for college students.At the same time we should also clearly understand that the complex social background of the environment will cause the intensification of social contradictions. with the cognitive behavior and mental state of college students is not yet mature,they are in an important period for the world, life and values to formate,they have strong plasticity,all these bring difficulties and challenges to the education of students’ sense of national identity.With this, we must face the contradictions and difficulties,See the gravity and danger of the problem.Correctly, comprehensively, dialectically, objectively look at the complex background environment,use its positive elements actively, Improve ideological and political education curriculum reform,Improve its timeliness and relevance,Follow up the pace of age,and constantly improve themselves.Maximize the function of the university students in national identity education,This is both important for promoting development of ideological and political education theory and improving the ability of curriculum practice.Strengthen national identity consciousness of college students has great significance on enhancing national self-confidence 、integrating the forces of the Chinese nation、resisting challenges from the outside.This paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter mainly outlines the social background 、 theoretical and practical significance of this paper,Elaborate related conception of current nationalidentity 、 the current situation and weakening cause of college students’ national identity、the importance of cultivating college students’ national identity and how to cultivate college students’ national identity.The second chapter can explain from the meaning and essence of national identity, through aspects of college students’ national identity awareness, attribution and behavior to elaborate,the essence is to elaborate from culture、value、history、politicy.The third chapter is to explain the current situation of college students’ national identity consciousness,divided into general situation of ethnic identity issues and the problem currently faced.And discuss the negative impact on national identity awareness from political、 economic,、cultural,、globalization、lack of education system and the development of high-tech.The fourth chapter mainly from four aspects to tell how to train college students to strengthen the sense of national identity,they are national, social, university,networks, etc.
