Function is the most basic concept of modern mathematics and plays an important role in junior high school mathematics curriculum.The study of function is of great significance to the development of students.The idea of combining numbers and shapes is one of the most important mathematical ideas in middle school.The basic ideas and concepts of mathematics can be accurately explained through the effective combination of numbers and shapes.Therefore,it is particularly important to infiltrate the combination of numbers and shapes in the function teaching of junior high school.Based on the relevant research results,this paper tries to find a practical and effective penetration method,and conducts research on the combination of numbers and shapes in the function teaching of junior high school.This paper firstly expounds the research background,research significance,research content and research method,and defines the concept of combining ideas and functions with numbers and shapes.Secondly,carry out a questionnaire survey and analysis of selected test papers for the students,from the perspective of students' learning,to understand their mastery of function knowledge,their understanding of the combination of numbers and shapes,and the ability to use the combination of numbers and shapes to solve function problems.Conduct interviews with front-line teachers,and learn from the perspective of teacher teaching what are the key points and difficulties in teaching functions,and how to infiltrate the idea of combining numbers and shapes in teaching.In the survey,it was found that the students did not have a deep understanding of the combination of numbers and shapes,and they still used algebraic methods to solve problems;Front-line teachers can recognize the importance of infiltrating the idea of combining numbers and shapes in function teaching,but the real implementation in classroom teaching is not so satisfactory.Then,using the method of literature analysis,the origin of constructivism theory and representation theory is sorted out,and the teaching strategy of infiltrating the combination of number and form in function teaching is obtained:Improve students' interest in learning functions;strengthen students'understanding and application of function images;pay attention to the penetration and application in practical problem solving;make full use of multimedia modern educational technology.Combining with relevant teaching strategies,taking the two types of new lectures and exercises as examples,three teaching cases are designed in a targeted manner.And make a classroom record and analysis for the lesson?Using Quadratic Function Image to Determine y=ax2+bx+c(a?0)Coefficient Symbols?to understand the teaching effect.Finally,combined with the teaching record and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward for the combination of numbers and shapes in the function teaching of junior high school:(1)Teachers should change their teaching concepts,fully explore the teaching materials,and enhance their active awareness of infiltrating the combination of numbers and shapes.(2)Instead of sticking to textbooks,it is necessary to stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' spirit of questioning.(3)Respect the dominant position of the students and let the students participate in the discussions in the classroom,but at the same time,the tutoring role of the teachers cannot be ignored,and the duration of each link should be reasonably arranged during the teaching.
