The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022edition)emphasizes the core literacy as the guidance,focusing on training students to master basic mathematics knowledge,basic skills,basic ideas and basic activity experience,and emphasizes the importance of mathematical thought.As an important mathematical thought method,the combination of number and form combines abstract numbers with intuitive forms through two ways: "form by form" and "form by number",with complementary advantages,which has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.In primary school,with the help of the combination of number and form,it can effectively build a bridge between number and form for students,so that the abstract number is intuitive and accurate,and promote the solution of problems.During the work,the author found that the development level of students ’thought of number and shape is not high,and there are problems when teachers permeate the thought of number and shape.Therefore,the author focused on the teaching status of teachers and the development status of students’ thought and put forward effective strategies.This study first uses the literature research method to sort out the ideological contents of combining numbers and shapes at home and abroad;Then we use the textbook analysis method,Combing the knowledge points involved in the combination of numbers and shapes in the textbook of Beijing Normal University;Secondly,the test method is used to test the students,Master the development of students’ combination of numbers and shapes,It is found that students can not be connected with the numbers,can not draw the corresponding graphics,find the quantitative relationship,computing ability is insufficient,mapping is not standard,the lack of ability to perceive various geometric figures and their components and other problems;Again,using the interview method,Interviews with many frontline teachers,To understand the current situation of the method of infiltrating numbers and shape in teacher teaching and the emergence of teachers’ incomplete understanding of the idea of combining numbers and form,lack of thorough understanding of teaching materials,lack of effective strategies of thinking and form;Finally,the effective strategy to promote the development of the thought of number and shape.
