Research On The Rationality Evaluation Of The Spatial Layout Of Public Sports Facilities

The "Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation"(2019)pointed out that compared with the requirements of building a leading sports nation,the problem of inadequate and unbalanced sports development in my country is still prominent,the uneven development of sports among regions,urban and rural areas,industries,and groups of people.In response to this problem,the "Outline" clearly proposes to gradually promote the equalization of basic public sports services among regions,urban and rural areas,industries and groups.Sports facilities,as quantifiable public services that can be expressed in specific material forms,can provide a basic guarantee for the equalization of public sports services and are a prerequisite for the equalization of public sports services.However,the existing indicators for measuring the equalization of sports facilities often stay at the "quantity" level,such as "sports area per capita","coverage of public sports facilities","number of public sports facilities per 10,000 people",etc.Such indicators ignore the impact of time and space factors on the equalization of sports facilities,which leads to the inability of the evaluation to accurately reflect whether the public sports needs of urban and rural residents are met and to what extent.This research applies the theory,method and technology of spatial layout to the evaluation of the equalization of public sports facilities.It has important theoretical significance and practical significance for enriching the evaluation methods of the equalization of public sports facilities and promoting the realization of the equalization of public sports services.This research uses the method of literature data,field survey,mathematical statistics,GIS spatial analysis,Case analysis and interview.First,the concept and connotation of the rationality evaluation of the space layout of public sports facilities are clearly defined,and on this basis,from space From the perspective of layout analysis,it is concluded that residents ' basic needs for public sports facilities are“close enough distance”,“enough quantity” and “enough type”.Next,adopt spatial accessibility analysis,spatial coupling analysis and spatial diversity analysis evaluate the rationality of the spatial layout of public sports facilities in Jianye District,Nanjing from the three dimensions of "distance","quantity" and "type".Then,the Mochouhu Street in Jianye District was selected as a case to conduct a field survey and case analysis to verify the results of the rationality evaluation.Finally,taking the community as a unit,the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of " 10-Minute Sports and Fitness Circle " in Urban Communities in Jiangsu Province"(2012),"Planning for the Construction of Public Sports Service System in Jiangsu Province(2016-2020)"(2017)and "Jiangsu Province The Provincial Basic Standards for Public Sports Facilities"(2017)is used as a reference,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the rationality of the spatial layout of public sports facilities.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The space accessibility of public sports facilities in Jianye District of Nanjing City is very good.All communities in the 6 streets are equipped with sports facilities,and residents can find fitness venues for exercise within 10 minutes' walk;(2)The spatial coupling of public sports facilities in Jianye District of Nanjing City needs to be improved.This is reflected in the large differences between streets and communities.Some streets and community the number of sports facilities can meet residents' fitness needs,while some streets are not;(3)The spatial diversity of public sports facilities in Jianye District of Nanjing City is generally good,but there are also a few community sports facilities with a single type that cannot adapt to the diverse fitness needs of residents;(4)In general,the rationality of the space layout of public sports facilities in Jianye District is relatively good,and the differences between streets are relatively small,and the degree of equalization between regions is relatively high;(5)Applying the theory,method and technology of spatial layout to the evaluation of the equalization of public sports facilities has strong reliability and feasibility.
