Research On Equalization Of Public Sports Serv Ice In Lishui District Of Nanjing From The Per Spective Of Equity

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the national strength has increased significantly.Under the guidance of the concept of coo rdination and sharing,more and more attention has been paid to the equalization of b asic public sports services,which is related to the quality of people’s life.The people’s diversified demand for basic public sports services is increasing.In 2014 and 2015,fitness for all and healthy China respectively rose to the national strategy.Jiangsu Pro vince took this opportunity to name three groups of public sports service demonstratio n areas,and Lishui District of Nanjing city was in the first group.Therefore,it is of certain research value to conduct a case study on the equalization of basic public sp orts services in Lishui district.This paper takes the equalization of public sports services in Lishui District of N anjing City as the research object,looks for relevant books,yearbooks,documents and policies,systematically evaluates the development of equalization of basic public spor ts services in Lishui District,and collects the data related to equalization of public sp orts services by combining with the basic theoretical knowledge of mathematics and p hysics,and uses SPSS 12.0technology to analyze the collected data This paper analyze s the current situation and existing problems of the equalization of public sports servic es in Lishui District of Nanjing City,and then puts forward the corresponding counter measures,in order to play a guiding role in the construction of the equalization syste m of basic public sports services in Lishui District of Nanjing City,and then provide the equalization of public sports services for the people.The conclusions of this study are as follows.In recent years,many achievements have been made in the construction of public sports service in Lishui District of Nanjing city.It is the first batch of public sports s ervice demonstration areas in Jiangsu Province,and has successfully established a "nati onal sports industry demonstration base".Now it is taking the whole district’s efforts t o build a "healthy China" Lishui sample.The characteristics of public sports service i n Lishui district are as follows: first,the construction of public sports facilities is cent ralized;second,the construction of public sports facilities is centralized;The second is the shift of social sports instructors’ training focus;the third is the full coverage of s ports associations;the fourth is the diversity of events.Through in-depth analysis,the following problems are found in the equalization of public sports services in Lishui D istrict of Nanjing: first,the absence of government public services and management fu nctions;second,the lack of space planning;third,the imperfect talent and policy guar antee mechanism;fourth,the imperfect supervision and evaluation system.This paper explores the leading factors affecting the equalization of public sports services in Lish ui District,including: first,transportation factors;second,economic factors;third,popu lation factors;fourth,cultural factors.Based on the above factors,this study puts forw ard the strategies and measures of equalization of public sports service in Lishui Distr ict of Nanjing city.The strategies are as follows: first,take sports equity as the core idea,integrate innovative development;second,take sharing theory as the guiding prin ciple,adhere to characteristic development;third,take the construction of service-orient ed government as the main line,coordinate and balanced development.Measures: the first is to optimize the working mechanism of the government and improve the manag ement function;the second is to strengthen the overall planning of space and promote the equal development;the third is to promote the construction of sports talent team and strengthen the policy guarantee measures.
