Since the 18 th of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind on many occasions,and has promoted the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind to achieve great results in cooperation practices.Building a community with a shared future for mankind is a long-term and great historical task.A deep understanding of the important connotation of the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind and a firm establishment of the sense of a community with a shared future for mankind are conducive to better promoting the cooperative practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind.Middle school students are the successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and they should strengthen their initiative and consciousness in learning the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind.Relying on the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high schools,guiding students to establish a sense of community with a shared future for mankind not only reflects the development of the times and the requirements of the junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" course,it is also an urgent need for students' development.The article uses Xi Jinping's thought of a community of human destiny as the theoretical basis.After combing the content of the textbook,it is found that the revised "Ethics and Rule of Law" textbook for junior high schools has absorbed the latest theoretical results since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and contains rich content of cultivating the consciousness of a community of human destiny.The lesson of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high schools should be the main channel for junior high school students to cultivate the consciousness of a community of shared future for mankind.At the same time,through the analysis of the questionnaire and the results of the exchange interviews,it is found that there are still certain problems in the cultivation of the consciousness of the community of human destiny in the junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class,which need to be solved urgently,such as the inaccurate grasp of the connotation of the concept of the community of human destiny for junior high school students,Teachers' textbook exploration and theoretical research are not enough,teaching materials are single,and the subject penetration of consciousness cultivation is insufficient.The emergence of the above-mentioned problems is mainly affected by factors such as the cognitive and psychological development characteristics of junior high school students,the allocation of teachers and teaching ability,the tendency of test-taking teaching,the degree of importance of the school,and the social reality dilemma.In response to the above problems,the article puts forward corresponding measures on the basis of deeply grasping the ideological connotation of the community of human destiny and the teaching rules of the discipline of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,and proposes corresponding measures to improve the effect of cultivating the consciousness of the community of human destiny in the course of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in the junior high school.First of all,teachers in the new era should improve their own literacy in terms of political beliefs,vision,feelings,thinking,etc.,and enhance the professionalism of the cultivation of the consciousness of a community of human destiny;second,rely on teaching materials,enrich the teaching content,and enhance the era of cultivation of the consciousness of a community of human destiny.At the same time,optimize teaching strategies from the perspectives of teaching situations,methods,problems,evaluations,etc.,to enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of the consciousness of a community of human destiny;finally,through the expansion of educational channels,the "Ethics and the Rule of Law" course in schools and junior high schools and multi-disciplinary.The joint force of educating people will enhance the systematic cultivation of the consciousness of a community with a shared future for mankind.
