| Teachers in small-scale rural schools are the main force in rural basic education.They serve the most disadvantaged groups in rural areas and play an important role in improving rural education level.Therefore,the construction of teachers’ team in small-scale rural schools must be taken seriously.To promote the development of the small-scale rural school teachers,enhance the level of rural basic education,through the analysis of related literature,this study combined with questionnaire investigation,interview and researchers experience methods of observation,allocation of rural small schools teachers,teachers’ work,living conditions and professional identity,professional development situation investigation and study,and carry on the analysis of the system.Through the research,we know that the level of teachers in rural small-scale schools is still not ideal,and there are still many problems in the construction process.At the level of education authorities,there are insufficient precision of policies to strengthen the construction of teachers,poor basic living conditions of teachers,uneven allocation of teachers’ resources,and serious lack of protection of the rights and interests of superintendent teachers.At the school level,there are weak leadership of school principals,the construction of teachers’ ethics needs to be strengthened,no attention is paid to teachers’ professional training,communication and learning,teacher assessment,rewards and punishments,and management systems need to be improved.On the individual level of teachers,young teachers have high intention to lose,slow improvement of education and teaching ability,and vague career development plan.Combination of rural small schools teachers team construction of related literature and empirical findings of system analysis,put forward to solve the problem of rural small schools teachers team construction difficulties: starting from the competent department of education,faculty policies must be implemented accurately,improving the basic living conditions,improve the teachers supplement supporting measures,safeguard the rights and interests of irregular teachers,a gradual exit mechanism;From the school,improve the leadership of the principal,build a campus full of humanistic care,strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics,pay attention to the professional training of teachers,exchange and learning,improve the teacher assessment,reward and punishment,management system;From the perspective of individual teachers,they should undertake the mission of revitalizing rural education,improve their professional abilities in education and teaching,and clarify their career development plans.It is hoped that through this study,more people will have a deeper understanding of the teacher team in rural small-scale schools,and some ideas and suggestions will be provided for the construction of the teacher team,so as to improve the level of the teacher team and help the development of rural basic education. |
