The chemistry subject examination of the national examination for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities aims to select candidates with learning potential and innovative spirit.According to the requirements of colleges and universities for the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality of new students, the ability test is the leading factor, and based on the necessary knowledge, the candidates' chemical scientific literacy, key abilities and thinking methods are comprehensively tested.Mastering the direction of chemistry reform and improving teaching methods through the research of the chemistry examination questions of the college entrance examination is the key for teachers to master the direction of teaching, optimize teaching methods and carry out quality education. It is also the necessary way to infiltrate the core quality of chemistry into students,so that they can obtain comprehensive development and enhance practical ability. The comprehensive question on chemical reaction principle is the last question of the chemistry part of the comprehensive science examination paper. The questions are difficult and the student's score rate is low. Therefore, studying the propositional perspective of the comprehensive questions on the principles of chemical reaction in college entrance examination and the reasons for students' wrong answers can help improve the teaching quality of the review of the principles of chemical reaction and make the teaching more targeted. This thesis took chemical reaction principle comprehensive questions of2017-2020 National College Entrance Examination Science Comprehensive National Volume I and the 2021 National College Entrance Examination Science Comprehensive National Volume B as the research objects.Combining the 2019 exam syllabus, the characteristics of the comprehensive questions on the principle of chemical reaction in the National Examination Volume I were summarized by analyzing the proportion of points, the blank number of questions, the content of the examination and its consistency with the examination syllabus, the perspective of questions, the situation of the questions and the way of information presentation. The method of questionnaire survey was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the students who have just entered the third year of high school in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the knowledge and existing problems of the students. And through the interview method,a number of experienced and outstanding high school chemistry teachers were interviewed to learn about their commonly used teaching strategies in review. Finally, combined with the above analysis results, based on the theoretical basis of "constructivism learning theory" and "learning pyramid theory",a teaching strategy for the review of the comprehensive questions of chemical reaction principles in senior three was given.Specific teaching strategies include:basic knowledge is explained by students, paying attention to details and norms.Actively create a situation to reduce the degree of strangeness.Select typical examples to optimize students' cognition.Pay attention to data analysis, strengthen curve characterization.Guide students to construct knowledge network and perfect knowledge system.Adopt the mode of "test instead of practice" to improve the efficiency of practice. In addition,a practical research on review strategies has been carried out.The research shows that the principles of chemical reaction comprehensive review strategy teaching effect is obvious,is conducive to the construction of knowledge system and improve the comprehensive ability of students in a short time.
