Practice Research On Students' Knowledge Transfer Ability In Senior High School Chemistry Teaching

With the quality-oriented education being promoted in full-scale in recent years,the educational policy is no longer biased to students' scores,but more focused on their all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,requiring students to effectively input,organize and integrate relevant knowledge when facing life practice or learning to explore problem situations.Therefore,apart from teaching knowledge,teachers should also train and cultivate students' comprehensive quality including the ability of knowledge transfer to effectively improve students' chemistry learning attainment,and finally realize their all-round development.Upon literature consultation,the research status of knowledge transfer ability of senior high school students in China is clarified in this paper.Under the guidance of constructivist transfer theory,cognitive structure transfer theory,theory of zone of proximal development,formal discipline theory and other knowledge transfer theories,a questionnaire on the influencing factors of knowledge transfer ability of senior high school students is designed,and interviews on the subject are carried out with control class and experimental class.Using SPSS software to process the questionnaire,the factors affecting the knowledge transfer ability of senior high school students are preliminarily concluded:(1)Students' cognitive structure;(2)Students' ability to summarize their existing experiences;(3)Students' mindset;(4)Students' interest and motivation in learning.In view of those influencing factors,specific teaching strategies and feasible teaching programs are formulated,and practice research is carried out focusing on the cultivation of knowledge transfer ability,in which students' knowledge transfer ability is evaluated before and after experimental teaching.It is proved that the teaching designed for knowledge transfer ability improvement can effectively improve students' knowledge transfer ability.This paper consists of the followings: Part One – Overview of the relative research.In this part,the reason why the topic is chosen and the importance of the research are made clear via elaboration of relationship between the knowledge transfer ability and the new curriculum reform and the college entrance examination evaluation system;the research status of knowledge transfer at home and abroad and the development of research methods based on some knowledge transfer theories are introduced.Part Two – Definition of concept.The concepts like "knowledge","knowledge transfer","knowledge transfer ability" are defined,and research contents are made clear in this part.Part Three--Study of students' knowledge transfer ability.A senior high school in Changzhi city is taken as an example,in which methods of questionnaire and teacher interviews are adopted to learn the factors influencing senior high school students' knowledge transfer ability,and corresponding feasible and reasonable teaching strategy are worked out,namely(1)Focusing on thinking ability and guiding students to effectively analyze the problem,so as to consolidate their transfer basis;(2)Helping students build a scientific cognitive framework with careful organization and planning to propel the realization of transfer;(3)Strengthening the understanding-training to inspire students to expand their knowledge,therefore achieving the purpose of the transfer ability training;(4)Integrating chemical cases into actual production and life to explore knowledge transfer practice;(5)Exploring a variety of transfer modes,like forward,reverse,horizontal and vertical knowledge transfer mode,targeting to effectively improve transfer effect.Part Four--Practice research.In accordance with of the proposed teaching strategy and taking the fourth chapter of elective course four as an example to develop teaching design,and conduct experimental teaching.Test results,questionnaire before and after test analysis are used to evaluate practical teaching effect.Part Five--Conclusion of research and prospect.In the overall context of improving students' quality comprehensively,the author has carried out practice research on cultivating the knowledge transfer ability of senior high school students,from which the important factors that affect senior high school students' knowledge transfer ability has been obtained.Thanks to the unique design of electrochemical teaching contents the student's knowledge transfer ability has been improved,which shows that reasonable theory instruction and teaching design can improve the students' ability of knowledge transfer.This study is an attempt to cultivate knowledge transfer ability in senior high school chemistry education,hoping the beneficial research results obtained can have some enlightening significance to the peers.The study also encourages myself to further improve the knowledge transfer strategy in chemistry teaching in the future knowledge transfer practice research to promote the comprehensive improvement of students' core chemistry literacy and knowledge ability.
