With the continuous reform and development of geography teaching in junior high school,in the modern geography teaching classroom,various classroom organization methods have blossomed.Among them,since the 1980 s,Chinese education has gradually come into contact with the group teaching method.Accept and promote this classroom organization nationwide.After decades of practice and development,the author has made in-depth research on group cooperation teaching from the current application situation,existing problems,and optimization of classroom strategies in the junior middle school geography classroom.Firstly,through the literature research method,the author studied the theories related to group cooperation teaching,such as collective dynamics theory,social interdependence theory,constructivism theory,and recent development zone theory.Proposing teaching strategies provides theoretical support.Of course,to really understand the implementation of this classroom organization form in junior middle school geography teaching,we need practical surveys and real data.Therefore,the author carried out a questionnaire survey with the theme of "Application Status of Group Cooperative Teaching in Junior Middle School Geography Teaching".The purpose of the student questionnaire is to grasp the students' learning attitude and learning efficiency in the group collaborative learning process;the purpose of the teacher questionnaire is to understand the current application of group cooperative teaching in the junior middle school geography classroom.I hope to give further optimization strategies based on the problems existing in their actual teaching,so as to improve the overall teaching level.After collecting and sorting out the student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires,I made careful statistics and analysis of the data.In summary,group cooperative teaching has many advantages,such as:helping to improve learning levels,helping to improve expression skills,Helps strengthen teamwork.At the same time,in the process of practical application,due to improper teacher operation or objective environmental constraints,there are also many issues that cannot be ignored,such as improper grouping of students,random determination of group cooperation tasks,unclear group cooperation task expression,and improper classroom order control The students' cooperation ability needs to be improved and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the combination of literature data,actual questionnaire survey data,and personal teaching experience,the author proposes an optimization strategy for junior high school geography classroom teaching based on group cooperation teaching,which includes four aspects,namely grouping strategy,teaching strategy,learning strategy,and Evaluation strategy.The first part is the grouping strategy.For the division of group members,we must adhere to the principle of "heterogeneous grouping".For the arrangement of group seats,we must adhere to the principle of "close to the same group and separated from each other." "","Horseshoe",and other group seats are more conducive to improving the efficiency of group cooperation exploration.The second part is the teaching strategy.When determining cooperative tasks,we must pay attention to the key points and difficulties of teaching,pay attention to the students' recent development areas and set up hierarchical tasks,pay attention to tasks that individuals cannot complete independently,and pay attention to the accuracy of learning task expressions.Specifically,you can set up comprehensive research questions of "cross-topic,cross-geographical factors",questions that require a lot of information in materials,practical problems,and "publish report presentations,conduct debate activities,and perform on stage shows",etc.Activities;When regulating classroom order,we must attach importance to the regulation of classroom discipline and the guidance of cooperative inquiry.The third part is the learning strategy.On issues that need to be strengthened,you can ask teachers or students with good expressiveness to share experiences.On the issue of unscientific or undivided division of labor,students can perform self-improvement when the group is just divided.Introduce and increase the understanding between group members.On the issue of unequal opportunities to speak,we should establish the concept of respecting peers,caring for peers,and encouraging peers to participate in collective activities.Teachers can be strengthened on issues that do not understand cooperation and exploration.Guidance on cooperation methods,and when asking questions after the end of the inquiry,add variant questions to test whether the students really know how to understand the questions.The fourth part,the evaluation strategy,takes the three parts of learning effect,learning attitude and cooperation ability as the evaluation indicators,emphasizing the need to attach importance to the timeliness of evaluation and establish a long-term evaluation mechanism.The fifth part,other strategies,combined with Chinese geography classroom teaching practice,pointed out that we should seek the help and cooperation of class teachers and teachers of other disciplines.Based on the above research,the author has adopted a controlled experiment to verify whether the teaching strategy proposed in this article is effective.From the results,the teaching strategy proposed in this article has played a significant role in promoting teaching practice and is helpful to improve the quality of teaching.To promote the all-round development of students.
