In the new era,the Party puts forward new and higher requirements for labor education in colleges and universities,strengthening labor education has become an imperative task in colleges and universities.Marx explained labor from multiple perspectives,and affirmed the unique value of labor in the formation of human nature,the development of social history,and the liberation of whole mankind.'Happiness doesn't fall from the sky,and a good life is created by labor.'Xi Jinping said.In the new era,the form of labor has changed,but the historical status of labor is still stable,and the significance of labor to human development will not change.Strengthen the labor education in colleges and universities in the new era guided by the Marxist view of labor,can ensure that labor education always adheres to the socialist principle of running schools,carries out the concept of people-centeredness,and ultimately promotes the free and all-round development of college students.Based on the background of the new era,this dissertation is guided by the Marxist view of labor,conducted research on labor education in.colleges and universities.The Marxist labor view affirms the subjectivity of laborers and consolidates labor status,demonstrates the value of labor and promotes labor spirit,advocates labor liberation and promotes the all-round development of people.Universities should formulate new goal of labor education under the guidance of Marxist labor.Focusing on the cultivation of college students' labor values,improvement of labor skills,the development of labor creativity and the cultivation of labor aesthetic personality.In the process of implementing labor education,universities must follow the laws of labor,education,and human being development,insist on principle of ideological and timeliness,subjectivity and education,integrity and coordination,diversity and creativity,make labor education reasonable,evidence-based,and law-available.In the new era,labor education has attracted the attention of universities to a certain extent,and has achieved a series of achievements,but we can't ignore lots of the problems in the exploration process.For example,there are some deficiencies in the integration of labor education courses,education contents and education methods in colleges and universities.In the new era,analyzing the causes of the shortage of labor education in the universities,not only should we see the influence of traditional Labor concepts and realistic environment on labor education,but also see the unfavorable factors in the implementation of the universities and the influence of the absence of family labor education on univeisitivies.To strengthen labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,it is necessary to address the existing problems,take the Marxist view of labor as the guidance,grasp the goal of labor education,adhere to the principle of labor education,and improve college labor education in ideological understanding,curriculum construction,labor spirit promotion and labor education mechanism.
