A Study On The Application Of Case Work In The Improvement Of The Resilience Of The Elderly Who Have Lost Their Independence ——A Case Study Of Changzhou L Elderly Case Service

In the 1980 s,China began to implement the family planning policy,resulting in many one-child families.With the risks of disease and accidents,some only children may lose their lives,so their parents will become the elderly who lose their independence when they enter the old age stage.Children are the emotional bond of the family and the spiritual sustenance of parents.The accidental death of the only child leads to a series of problems for the elderly who lose their independence,such as social,spiritual marginalization,great economic pressure and so on.After the death of their children,parents who have lost their independence may have the following manifestations,such as reduced ability to resist risks,difficulties in adapting to changes in family structure,difficulties and setbacks encountered in life.More and more families and elderly people who have lost their independence have attracted social attention and scholars' research.Resilience is the ability of individuals to resist setbacks and seek development when they are in trouble.With the help of resilience,the elderly who lose their independence can help them face a series of pressure events that have a negative impact on their lives caused by the loss of their children and guide them to develop in a positive direction.How to help the elderly who lost their independence deal with and adjust to the pain of losing their children? This paper takes w community in Changzhou as the research field,takes l as the service object,adopts the professional method of case work,and implements a total of six case services on the basis of formulating targeted case intervention for L.From the perspective of advantages,the author helps service objects tap their advantages in personal ability and living environment,improve their ability to use their personal and environmental advantages to solve problems,and better integrate into the society.In the case service based on the advantage perspective theory to improve the resilience of the elderly who lost their independence,it is found that the service object can basically re-establish their confidence in life,and the resilience level of the elderly l who lost their independence in this study has been improved.Based on the summary and reflection of this study,give the lost independence groups in the same dilemma ideas and methods to solve the problems.
