PCKL is the subject teaching knowledge integrated into the core literacy.Its core elements include teaching content knowledge,student knowledge,teaching strategy knowledge and core literacy knowledge.The chemistry curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition)(here in after referred to as the "new curriculum standard")puts forward new requirements for teaching,such as the implementation of the core literacy of chemistry,which means new challenges for teachers and new requirements for teachers' ability and level.Teachers need to have core literacy knowledge and the ability to implement core literacy knowledge into classroom teaching.The implementation of core literacy is inseparable from the comprehensive application of teaching content knowledge,student knowledge and teaching strategy knowledge.Teachers' PCKL level and ability are very important to the implementation of the content of the new curriculum standard.Using the literature research method,the author combs the research status of PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)theory at home and abroad,and puts forward the specific content and core elements of PCKL.Based on the PCK evaluation tool developed by Erikson Institute in the United States,this paper designs and compiles the PCKL level questionnaire of the subject of periodic law of chemical elements in senior high school,investigates the current level of PCKL of the subject of periodic law of elements of novice and expert teachers in senior high school chemistry,constructs the PCKL level evaluation index system,analyzes the feasibility of PCKL theoretical model,analyzes the content structure of PCKL of novice and expert teachers in senior high school chemistry,and draws a conclusion.Then,according to the conclusions of theoretical research and empirical investigation,this paper explores the influencing factors of high school chemistry teachers' PCKL,and puts forward the strategies for high school chemistry teachers to develop and improve the level of various elements of PCKL.The conclusions are as follows:1.PCKL theoretical model is suitable for novice and expert chemistry teachers in senior high school in terms of measurement indicators.In chemistry teaching,the overall level of PCKL and the level of core elements of novice and expert chemistry teachers in senior high school are different.The PCKL level of expert teachers is higher than novice teachers in all aspects,especially the level of core literacy knowledge.Expert teachers are significantly better than novice teachers.2.The 12 abilities of novice high school chemistry teacher PCKL are at the basic level,and the 12 abilities of expert high school chemistry teacher PCKL are at the skilled level.The two types of teachers have the strongest ability to identify core concepts,novice teachers have the weakest ability to adjust teaching strategies and take care of students with strong ability,and expert teachers have the weakest ability to judge students' existing learning literacy and quality.Novice and expert teachers need to improve their PCKL level,and novice teachers have more room to improve.
