With the rapid development of science and technology,today's internet era has been gradually upgraded to the intelligent era.Big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies are in the pioneering stage of innovative research and application.Employment has always been an issue of widespread concern in China.The use of technology to improve the efficiency of human-job matching and alleviate the problems of "recruitment difficulty" and "employment difficulty" is a research direction of great practical significance.Currently,some products have begun to try to transform from Internet recruitment to intelligent recruitment,but academic research is still focused on system architecture design and algorithm development.Few people have studied how to improve the user experience of job interview systems in intelligent scenarios.In order to ensure a good user experience,interaction design research and improvement of usability will be the future direction.This paper will analyze the user's behavior at each point of the job search or recruitment process,summarize the user's behavioral characteristics and explore their pain points,and find out the user's expectations for intelligent recruitment.Combining user goals and intelligent technology,a complete interaction design solution is proposed for efficient resume delivery,resume screening,and convenient online and offline interviewing.Based on the goal-directed design theory,this project takes intelligent job interview system as the object of research,investigates the interaction design method of intelligent job interview system centered on user goals,and is dedicated to improve the whole process user experience of the system.Firstly,the theoretical research and analysis of intelligent job interviewing,interaction design,and goal-directed design are summarized using the literature review and case study method,which provides the basic theoretical framework for the subsequent research.Then,using observation method,user interview and questionnaire research,this paper study the two groups of job seekers and recruiters to find out their behavior patterns and potential needs.By constructing character models and scenarios,the user goals of different user groups are summarized,and the functional requirements of the system are gradually analyzed according to the user goals.On this basis,this paper proposes a software service-oriented and hardware service-supplemented service approach strategy and a technology implementation strategy for different functions,and summarizes the interaction design principles for different target levels.Finally,applies the aforementioned research from the perspective of conceptual design,and evaluate and improve the practice through user task testing.The practice is then refined and concluded.
