| With the development of the Internet and the improvement of living standards,major traditional industries have undergone major changes,and new interactive mobile fitness apps with efficient user experience have emerged.Through the application of smart mobile devices,fitness training apps provide users with access to more services in their lives,open up a variety of life scenarios,and build a complete sports life experience system.With the rise and dissemination of experience design concepts,fitness training apps as a self-service product ushered in changes in experience design,but most fitness training apps currently have little research on user experience.This topic focuses on the interaction and experience design strategies of fitness training apps,explores the existing problems in the experience of fitness training apps and proposes improvement strategies,and provides a theoretical basis and worthy of reference for the interactive design methods of fitness training apps based on experience design.guide.Based on the EEI experience design theory,the research theoretical method of this research is established.From the fitness group users’ expectations of fitness training apps(motivation,purpose and expectated),the fitness training APP’s feedback on the events(conditions,progression and self-creation)during the user’s use,and the impact of user experience design(meaning significance and memory)to analyze and research the three aspects of closed-loop feedback,explore the problems existing in the current fitness training APP experience and propose improvement strategies.The experience expectation stage elaborates the related theories of fitness and user experience,sorts out the basic characteristics and needs of the fitness training crowd,and conducts a corresponding analysis of the fitness training APP "expectations",including the target population "expectations" and the business goals of the fitness training APP.User demand "expects." The experience "event" stage is mainly for fitness training APPs,including APP concepts and classification,functions and features.Through user interviews,we collected actual experience "events" cases of fitness trainers on fitness training apps.Starting from the research focus on the experience elements of "events",we summarized the specific problems and encounters that occurred when these fitness trainers experienced apps.At the same time,the existing problems of APP experience "events" are sorted out from the interview records.In the "influence" stage of the EEI experience,a design strategy is proposed based on the focus of the "influence" experience elements and existing problems.Finally,combined with the KEEP application case,the proposed strategy method is verified.Fitness training apps need to provide a full range of experience "events" to meet users’ different "expectations",and the loop result "influence" of multiple experience "events" overlapped to achieve a closed loop combined to form a complete experience.Certain "negative events" may occur in the positive cycle of "events",and negative "events" will have a negative "impact" on users who continue to participate in the next "event" before they realize their "expectations".The auxiliary "events" of fitness training apps help users form a "positive impact" and ultimately achieve "expectations".Fitness training apps need to combine the design strategies proposed in this article to associate "expectations","events" and "impacts" to form associated data,promote product upgrades and improvements,in order to bring positive "influences" to users,and form a good and complete Experience of product experience.At the end of the article,it summarizes the research results and shortcomings,and prospects for follow-up research.It is hoped that the results of this research can help fitness training apps to solve user pain points on the necessary road for future development,aiming to improve user experience and provide users with high-quality Services to create a complete closed-loop fitness training ecology. |
