| With the continuous deepening of China ’ basic education reform and the comprehensive implementation of quality-oriented education,modern education needs to constantly adapt to the individualized development and needs of students.How to make students get the most suitable education is the problem that our education and teaching have been thinking about.In the 1980 s,in order to meet the needs of post-reform education development,China began to introduce and draw lessons from foreign countries to support the new teaching methods with certain theoretical basis,among which the layered teaching model has received a lot of attention.Since then,schools in various regions in China have carried out practical research on the layered teaching model.In the process of studying stratified teaching,the advantages and disadvantages of stratified teaching are analyzed and summarized.In view of the relatively fixed stratified teaching mode in the original stratified teaching,the dynamic stratified teaching mode is thus born.On the basis of stratified teaching,this model not only retains the emphasis on the differences and individual development of students,but also integrates dynamic “lifting mechanism” to promote all students to develop and improve more effectively on the original basis.By analyzing the research and application of a large number of dynamic layered teaching experiments,this paper combines the dynamic layered teaching method with the physical education teaching of middle school entrance examination.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and teaching experiment,this paper makes a research on the teaching of sports items in the middle school entrance examination for students in grade two of the fourth middle school in Tongling City.Through the research on the influence of the dynamic layered teaching in the physical education teaching of the second day of junior high school on the students’ performance in the middle school entrance examination,the experimental results are as follows:(1)Through the comparative analysis of the experimental results,it can be concluded that the implementation of dynamic stratified teaching method in the second grade of junior high school has improved students’ performance in physical education in the middle school entrance examination compared with the traditional teaching mode.Dynamic stratified teaching students’ grades improve more significantly.(2)Dynamic hierarchical teaching has changed the previous single class mode,and the interaction between students and teachers is more frequent.At the same time,dynamic stratified teaching,through the dynamic adjustment between groups,promotes the cooperation and communication between students,improves the interpersonal relationship between students,improves the learning efficiency,and cultivates the students ’ lifelong sports idea.(3)Dynamic hierarchical teaching effectively improves students ’technical level and enables them to master more abundant and perfect training methods.According to the physical quality and technical level of students at different levels,the stage goals,teaching methods and practice content of each period are formulated to help students master technical movements in a suitable way while learning the practice methods that are in line with their own stage,so that students can make continuous progress on the original basis.(4)Dynamic hierarchical teaching is welcomed and recognized by the vast majority of students.This mode not only improves students ’technical level,but also enables students to feel the fun of PE class,and they hope to continue to use this mode in PE class. |
