In 2022,there are 111,464 people in the Guangzhou sports high school entrance examination,which is 20,920 more than in 2021.Among them,the number of football applicants has increased from 56,892 to 98,547.The sports and health examination documents stipulate that in 2023,the ball game will be changed from elective examination to compulsory examination;and Guangzhou City The number of students in the graduating class of the third year of the junior high school entrance examination has increased;due to the short learning time and heavy tasks,the students’ learning ability and sports foundation are different;therefore,exploring the football teaching method suitable for the senior high school entrance examination for sports is very important for students’ physical and mental health,performance and physical quality.development is particularly important.The purpose of the research is to explore the differences between the dynamic stratified teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the physical education high school entrance examination teaching;to analyze the dynamic stratified teaching method and the traditional method in the sports high school entrance examination football results,physical quality,learning values and the advantages and disadvantages of mental health;The difference between the layered teaching method and the traditional teaching method on the football scores of junior high school students in the physical education entrance examination.During my internship in Guangzhou No.89 Middle School,I served as a teacher for the football team in the middle school entrance examination for sports.During this period,I adopted the dynamic layered teaching method to conduct experimental research on the football students in the middle school entrance examination for sports.method,teaching experiment method,video teaching method,mathematical statistics method,etc.It is hoped that this paper can provide corresponding basis and theoretical reference for the future teaching of physical education high school entrance examination.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)After the experiment,the experimental group did not have obvious improvement in sports learning motivation;only sports self-confidence and positive learning attitude were improved,indicating that the dynamic layered teaching method is relatively good for students to improve sports self-confidence and positive learning attitude.(2)After the experiment,the experimental group did not improve significantly in learning anxiety,anxiety towards others,loneliness,self-blame,physical symptoms,and impulsive tendencies;only the allergy tendencies and terror tendencies were better improved,indicating the dynamic stratified teaching method.It is relatively effective in adjusting tension and anxiety.(3)After the experiment,compared with the traditional teaching style,the students in the experimental group did not improve significantly in standing jump,pull-up,sitting forward flexion,and 800m;The results are relatively improved,indicating that the dynamic layered teaching method has advantages in improving flexibility,explosiveness and endurance compared with the traditional teaching method.(4)After three times of football test in the senior high school entrance examination,the test data shows that the test time of the test group and the control group are continuously increasing,especially the test time of girls is more obvious;the football test results in the thirteenth week show that the students of the experimental group scored higher than the control group,indicating that after a semester of study,the dynamic layered teaching method has more prominent advantages in improving the football performance in the physical education high school entrance examination.
