In the age of big data,computer technology has had a profound impact on people's daily life.Cultivating new talents with computing thinking has become a new challenge for education.In order to cultivate new talents with Computational Thinking to cope with social changes and challenges,without increasing the pressure of school funds,class hours and teachers,this paper takes primary school students as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research,interview,classroom observation and case study to study the computational thinking oriented primary school mathematics teaching design.First,analyze the relevant literature to understand the research status of Computational Thinking and the existing research results of others,and determine the research orientation and research direction.Then,by means of interviews,we understand the understanding of mathematics teachers in primary schools on computing thinking and their views on introducing computing thinking into mathematics teaching in primary schools,and analyze the feasibility of integrating computing thinking into mathematics teaching in primary schools.Secondly,on the basis of the overseas teaching cases without plug-in(CS unplugged project)and the theoretical basis of this paper,this paper refines the three teaching principles of "the design of teaching objectives should be guided by the use of Computational Thinking to solve problems","the design of teaching process should be guided by interest and operational" and "the design of teaching conclusions should be guided by the original logic of teaching content";The teaching strategies of "reasonably designing situations to stimulate learning interest","implementing hands-on operations to effectively break through key and difficult points" and "relying on flow charts to cultivate computing thinking".After that,by constructing the framework of teaching activities,the teaching design and practice are carried out with the lesson "understanding plane graphics" in grade one as a specific teaching case.The practice shows that the framework,principles and Strategies of mathematics teaching in primary schools based on computational thinking have certain advantages.On this basis,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
