The Internet in China is growing rapidly in the network information age,and it is developing towards popularization and low age,especially the trend of young people accessing the Internet.The Internet is a “double-edged sword” for teenagers.While building a convenient and fast Internet world for teenagers,teenagers are also involved in cyberbullying incidents.Cyberbullying is one of the hazards that are recognized to affect the healthy growth of teenagers all over the world.It not only damages the spiritual world of teenagers,but also leads to psychological diseases.Moreover,it will also pose a threat to the body of teenagers.Teenagers who have been subjected to cyberbullying for a long time will have the tendency to self-harm and even commit suicide because they cannot bear it.Efforts are being made to stem the problem,but little is happening.In particular,the governance of junior high school students' cyberbullying has already encountered the dilemma of “internalization”.So this study on the induction and combing monitoring at home and abroad about parental monitoring,teachers support and cyberbullying related literature,academic papers,works,reports and laws,such as research materials,under the premise of clarifying the research status,with law in the social coupling theory,the maximization behavior assumption in economics and management submission in theory for the scientific theory basis for this study.Data were collected from junior high school students of four middle schools in Z city.And apply SPSS 26.0,Amos23.0 statistical analysis software for data exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,common method bias test,descriptive statistics,independent samples T test,single factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to explore online bullying behavior in junior high school students and parents to monitor,the relations between teachers' support.The following basic conclusions are drawn:1.There are significant differences in gender,grade,academic performance,family form and other demographic variables of junior middle school students' cyberbullying behaviors.2.Reasonable and effective monitoring measures taken by parents to junior high school students can effectively prevent the occurrence of cyberbullying.3.Teachers can relieve the willingness of cyberbullying behavior of junior middle school students by providing them with support on knowledge,morality and emotion.4.Parents' reasonable monitoring and teachers' support have an interactive effect on junior high school students' cyberbullying behavior,and both of them jointly restrain junior high school students' cyberbullying behavior.In view of this,this research mainly from two sides of the parents monitor,teacher support,by enhancing junior middle school students of individual and society,increase the cost of junior middle school students to implement network bullying or reduce cyberbullying,bring into full play the function of democratic participation of middle management measures,such as set up more than one full cycle,multi-agent,module of junior middle school students online bullying prevention and control system.In order to get rid of the existing “internalization” dilemma of junior high school students' cyberbullying governance,realize the prevention and treatment of junior high school students' cyberbullying problem,and create a harmonious network ecological environment.
