With the release of the overall framework of biology core literacy,biology curriculum standards also require very highcore competencies of biology disciplines.Generally speaking,the core biological literacy can be defined as four core contents: life concept,scientific research,scientific thinking and social responsibility.The author found that during the teaching period,there were "dead" memory and "shallow" understanding in biology learning.This study tries to integrate the concept of life into the classroom and into unit teaching,to help students better understand the application of concepts,and to lay a foundation for students to learn biology and improve their biological literacy.This article with the concept of life "structure and function" as the breakthrough point,with the ordinary high school biology curriculum standard(2017 edition)as a guide,on the basis of the steady state and environment textbooks,try to solve the following research problems:(1)how to based on the concept of life structure and function in biology penetration biology core ideas,improve students' biological literacy?(2)Guided by the development of the core quality of biology,the life concept of "structure and function concept" is combined with unit education and teaching,which solves the problem that the concept cognition of teachers and students is not deep enough at the present stage.(3)How should teachers themselves improve their teaching practice and promote the development of students' core biological literacy?In response to the above research problems,this study chose a middle school in Qinghai Yushuas the research object,adopts the investigation method and empirical research method,collected the teachers consider structure and function,and through tracking and academic level test,considering the use of structure and penetration structure and function,and indirectly or directly affect the teaching of biology teachers core literacy factors.The research results show that participating in the modular learning of structure and functional concept unit education and teaching can more highlight and better cultivate students' life concept and improve the level of concept cognition.And a more complete and orderly formation of the overall thinking.Through the use and research of this practice case,the structure and function view are easier to understand,and the desired effect is achieved.Therefore,accurate analysis of the course objectives and students' learning situation,grasp the overall design of unit learning content are the key to the construction of life concept,but also the premise of the effective implementation of the core literacy of biology.
