In 2020,the Ministry of Education revised the Biology Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which clearly stated that "core accomplishment of biology" was the latest research direction of the biology curriculum reform in senior high schools in recent years,and "life concept" was ranked in the first place in the core accomplishment of biology.The connotation of the concept of life includes many aspects,among which the concept of structure and function are reflected in all levels of life.The formation of the structure and function view is helpful for students to correctly view and analyze the related biological problems,thus promoting students' better life.The life-oriented teaching will bring the experience and experience that the students have seen,known and heard in life to the classroom,which will help the students to establish the concept of biology and improve the ability of linking theory with practice.Therefore,the classroom teaching life is helpful to develop students' view of structure and function.In this paper,the research status of structure and function view and life-oriented teaching at home and abroad is sorted out through literature method,and relevant concepts and theories are defined and explained.Based on the compulsory "Molecule and Cell" in the PEP edition,the structure and function views contained in each chapter are sorted out.Based on the construction of the structure and function of students,the author put forward the life-oriented teaching of basic strategy,and according to the characteristics of the teaching strategies and teaching contents to teaching design,combined with teacher interview results to optimize the design of the teaching,and teaching practice,the experimental classes were set up and that in comparative classes,experimental classes is given priority to with life teaching to carry out teaching activities,while that in comparative classes adopt the traditional teaching method.Select higher two classes last semester student achievement is a pretest 1,the first test "sugars and lipids in cell test after test scores as 1," division of labor and cooperation between organelles "test scores as 2 after the test,using SPSS12.0 statistical analysis,inspection life-oriented teaching in promoting student success with the development of the concept of structure and function.The research results show that the formation of students' view of structure and function is a long-term process,but in the process of classroom teaching reasonable use of life-oriented teaching strategies on students' view of structure and function have obvious role in promoting the construction and development of,related research to the high school biology based on the core literacy to cultivate the students' life concept can provide a valuable reference for teaching.
