Under the background of education informatization and "double reduction",the reform of classroom teaching has been further deepened.Classroom teaching has been developing towards the direction of "interactive,heuristic,inquisitive and experiential".The "smart classroom" teaching,which is based on students' "independent learning,cooperative exploration,sharing and display,and intensive teaching",has emerged at the right moment.New ideas and new policies bring severe challenges to teachers' classroom assessment.Therefore,this study takes classroom assessment as the breakthrough point and strives to realize classroom reform and innovation.Teachers' quality of classroom assessment determines the effect of classroom assessment implementation to a certain extent.Teachers' guidance and encouragement to students in class can cultivate and promote the formation of students' core quality.How to improve teachers' quality of classroom assessment,implement classroom assessment under the background of "smart classroom",effectively promote students' independent learning and in-depth learning,and help students improve their academic performance are the concerns of this study.Existing researches on classroom assessment pay more attention to qualitative analysis and lack data support.From the perspective of quantitative relationship,this study studies the effectiveness of the design and implementation of teachers' classroom assessment under the "smart classroom" teaching mode,and the relationship between the design and implementation of teachers' classroom assessment and students' academic performance.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that:(1)academic achievement and classroom assessment goal setting,academic achievement and classroom assessment in the process of learning,academic achievement and classroom assessment situation and task creation,academic achievement and classroom assessment result interpretation and feedback,academic achievement and classroom assessment decision and measures all have positive correlation,the academic achievement and classroom assessment goal setting phase relationship value is the largest,At the same time,academic achievement is also correlated with classroom assessment language and pre-class test.(2)Classroom assessment has a significant positive influence on academic performance,and can positively predict students' academic performance;(3)Educational expectation plays a partially mediating role in the model of classroom assessment's influence on academic achievement;(4)Teachers with middle and senior professional titles show higher quality of classroom assessment.Classroom assessment plays an important role in guiding teachers to improve teaching and promoting students' overall development.The results show that the overall situation of classroom assessment needs to be improved.The classroom assessment that teachers pay attention to learning objectives is beneficial to promoting students' learning;Improving students' educational expectation is beneficial to the improvement of their academic performance.Teachers with middle and senior professional titles show a higher level of classroom assessment accomplishment.At the same time,the research found that there are some problems in teacher classroom assessment,such as the lack of attention to teacher professional development at the school level;Teachers' classroom assessment has not implemented the learning objective of focusing on core literacy;Teachers' classroom assessment language can not effectively improve students' educational expectations.This paper analyzes the causes of the above problems and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: the school actively carries out teacher training;Teachers implement classroom assessment to promote students' learning and development;Teachers pay attention to students' self-development needs;The school gives full play to the strength of key teachers to make young teachers grow up quickly.The vigorous development of education has a long way to go.The study of classroom assessment cannot be separated from classroom reform,classroom teaching and the improvement of teachers' quality of classroom assessment.Exerting the effectiveness of teachers' classroom assessment is of great significance to promoting students' study,development and academic performance.
