With the development of the new curriculum reform,it is advocated that education should be people-oriented and moral education should be fostered.TAP model demonstration teaching is a teaching strategy that takes students as the main body and teachers as the leading role,so that students can experience the thinking process of scientists in the process of relevant discipline research.Self-efficacy,as a concept,can be used to evaluate students ' confidence in using their own ability to complete learning tasks,and thus achieve good results.Because TAP model argument teaching focuses on students ' external argument ability,and self-efficacy focuses on students ' psychological prediction of their own learning state.Therefore,this paper intends to study the effect of TAP model demonstration teaching strategy on students ' self-efficacy in the process of high school biology teaching practice.By using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,data statistical analysis method,interview method and other research methods,two classes with similar scores and no significant difference in self-efficacy were selected to study.The two classes were randomly divided into experimental class and control class.The experimental class carried out TAP model demonstration teaching,and the control class carried out routine teaching.Among them,with the help of ' high school biology classroom teaching situation questionnaire ' to research the selected case.Using the ' high school students 'biological learning self-efficacy scale ' to test the self-efficacy of the two classes,and randomly selected several students in the experimental class to interview.The results are as follows : 1)Compared with the control class,the students in the experimental class believe that this teaching strategy can enhance attention through process and thinking visualization,thereby enhancing student-student interaction and teacher-student interaction;2)There are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in autonomous learning ability,problem finding and problem solving ability,understanding ability and consciousness;3)The experimental class is significantly better than the control class in learning interest,self-confidence and enthusiasm.According to the results,TAP model demonstration teaching can improve students ' biology learning self-efficacy from the aspects of self-confidence,positive self-expectation and good result belief.The self-efficacy of boys in Grade 1 is higher than that of girls;the promotion space of students with high self-efficacy is smaller than that of students with low self-efficacy.
